If you can avoid using this location you'll be better off. They don't show up on time (doors opened almost 30 minutes past posted hours), and seem to take pleasure in refusing service to customers. Absolute waste of time even coming here honestly. This is coming from multiple instances (because I didn't learn my lesson the first time). Driving to LAX would be a nicer experience than dealing with these people.

wouldnt let me ship a bike, staff enjoyed the denialabsolutely unnecessary to deny a bike you can easily see everything. the lady hates customers for sure, doesnt want to do her job

Alaska is known for their VERY good Customer Service. These Cargo locations are mostly operated by vendors. I have two boxes to ship this morning at (Costa Mesa-Majestic Terminal). I met an extremely uncooperative and unhelpful female agent. The shipment consisted of a spa chair machine and non-hazardous spa supplies, and the issue arose because the spa chair machine was not visible in the box. When I suggested that the box could be opened for inspection, the agent flatly refused, stating that it was not her responsibility to do so. Instead, she directed me to another drop-off location. Drove to Ontario (Horizon Cargo) location got the same message and refused one of the boxes because because it was (nails supplies - Wax, wax warmer, wax cotton sheet). Shown them the invoice and the picture of the item=- they still refused to accept it. Both locations are not very friendly. The only one we like is in LAX Swift Air vendor.
