Very friendly and prompt service. Todd was very nice. I left an item at the airport security check. He assured me they will retrieve the item. They retrieved it and shipped it to me right away. The package arrived very well packaged. Thank you Airway packing!

I needed a custom - made cardboard box that would hold over 60 lbs. Todd had one made and ready to pick up in one hour from just my initial phone call without any prior notice. When I got there to pick up the box I was impressed with not only the service, but the quality of the box, along with great pricing. These are the guys you want for all of your shipping needs, you won't find any better. Airway Packing and shipping get 5 stars all the way!!!!

I left my computer at SNA airport. I called Airway Packing and spoke with Todd. Everything he said was accurate. He went to pick up my computer the next day and it was shipped just as he said it would be. My computer had a lot of packing around it and got to me with no damages. I would definitely use them again although I hope I never leave my computer at SNA again!

I've watched Todd build shipping crates for many years, he uses high quality materials to build and pack all sorts of products to be shipped. I'm amazed that he can pack fragile items and extra large items. It always amazes me that people leave bad reviews when the don't use the service. Keep up the awesome work Todd.

Talked to Todd who wanted to first charge me $450 to ship a sculpture then eh said $220. He asked me to email him, and I took the time to do so, and I asked for a quote in writing. He never responded. Do not waste people's time, Todd. Also, UPS beat your quote. They said the would ship and pack it for around $150...Very disappointed that he wasted my time....

These guys are hands down the best! Needed custom shipping cartons, then found out they can also do the pack (and even the ship part if required). Turnaround time was incredible, very professional services and great customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Airway Packing & Shipping is great at anything shipping or freight related. FedEx and UPS used to continuously destroy anything fragile, heavy, or shaped differently that I shipped until Airway Packing & Shipping helped me create almost indestructible crates which product my company's products. They also handle international shipping and freight.

Todd and the Crew at Airway are a great resource for us. We often need to ship large boxes or odd-sized boxes and Airway makes them in a flash at reasonable pricing. We recently shipped a crate of custom drapery to Australia and Airway make a great crate with all of the required documents to make it clear customs without a glitch.
