One of the best gyms and community of people I have been apart of!Jake and Marla and the other coaches truly care and this place makes you feel beyond welcome. They have great attitudes every day, constantly encouraging all of us and are just great people to be around.The classes are smaller so you truly get to focus on the lifts while getting to know the other people in the class, which makes this place feel like family.I love how all our names are written on a white board with our max weight listed for specific lifts we have done. With this, you can truly see yourself progress while having fun comparing your max weights to others in the class.Truly the strongest I have felt in years. Previously did a lot of CrossFit style hi intensity work outs that would feel great but I never got stronger or felt solid. Here I do, no question.It’s beyond addicting coming here and if you truly care about your fitness, want to see legitimate progress and results, have a community of people in it with you, this is your place.

My experience was great! Felt welcomed by the trainers, owners , and clients. The workouts are intentional. The trainers do help everyone. I left the gym feeling great. Very impressed.

I cancelled my corporate gym membership to join AIM. I enjoy that I am continuously challenged and have an amazing workout each time. I like that they change up the routines and help you reach your goals. I’ve worked with Ashley and Alex- they are very knowledgeable and great coaches overall! The owners are super nice and have created a safe environment for all. I felt welcomed since day 1. Definitely recommend!

As an athlete it can be hard to find trainers that can push you to your limits to get you to your full potential. I have been going to AIM for around 4 months now and I cannot recommend them enough. Within a few weeks I had felt myself becoming significantly stronger. Working with multiple trainers at this gym, I can say all of them are amazing! They are very motivating through my journey with them and are accommodating to your needs always. Every week I look forward to my next workout!

AIM fitness is the best gym to better yourself as a person and as an athlete! You won’t find a gym that will push you beyond your limits and have such an amazing community of trainers and athletes. I have worked with multiple trainers in the gym and all of them have the same mindset of helping you get and feel better physically and mentally. Jake, Marla, and the whole crew at AIM are the best of the best, and you will not find a better gym community!

I came to AIM with painful pinching in my lower back and annoying muscle tension up the back of my neck. After just 2 training session with Alex the pinching in my lower back was gone! Even when I carry heavy items up my stairs.Half of our first session together was a functional test to determine where my imbalances were, then I received targeted workouts to get those areas back on track and correct some mobility issues I was having. Alex is so patient when demonstrating and explaining the movements/exercises, and he explains the goals of the exercises so that I can continue the work on my own outside of our sessions. I completed my third session with him and the persistent tension in my neck is gone. I am so grateful!

Of course I give five stars to this incredible place AIM; I have been working with them since I decided to work with weights and I have seen incredible results, not only have I been able to hold more weight but I have also been able to see how my body has been toning up; They have very good trainers, each one of them takes the time to correct your postures to avoid injuries (that is something that is appreciated) I especially recommend taking a conditioning class (it is intense).

This place is the real deal. Challenged coach Jake to kicking my teams butt in a workout and he exceeded expectations! Not only will we be super sore the rest of the week but we learned some new movements we’ve never tried. Great job Aim Fitness

This gym was amazing! The class was the perfect size, I am new to working out and it was easy to learn the workouts and the instructor was very encouraging! I would definitely recommend this gym and will be coming back!

I've been coming to AIM Fitness for about a month now and it is safe to say I'm obsessed. I did a lot of research before choosing this gym because I was looking for weight lifting environment similar to what I had when I was a D1 athlete in college. What is nice about AIM is the ranging levels of ability there, from beginners to advanced. I am a competitive person and the coaches (specifically Jake and Aaron) push me and encourage me just like I had when playing team sports. No matter what your level is, you will be challenged and your experience will be tailored. This isn't just a HIIT gym, they will push you to be your strongest and I am already lifting weights I haven't hit in a long time due to the environment they foster. I love being able to simply show up and have my workout made and demonstrated for me. You really do get a lot of personal support and the team environment from the other athletes is great. You can tell they know each and every one of us and take the time to do so. I can already see results not just physically, but mentally as well. This gym is exactly what I was looking for and I'm so glad I get to be a part of it. If you like lifting weights, being encouraged/part of a team, and having a regimented routine, this is exactly the place for you.

The best gym! Can’t recommend enough!I have always struggled with gyms and have never found one I truly enjoyed going to. AIM Fitness came into my life right when I needed it and I will forever be grateful!The gym itself is always clean, organized, and has everything you could need. The coaches are extremely educated and patient with me, as I was VERY new to strength training when we started. I have a lot of past injuries and anxiety that they take into consideration every workout.The best part about AIM is the people and coaches- when I need my space I have it, when I need encouragement and guidance I have it! I train 1:1 with Marla, who is one of the strongest and most thoughtful coaches I’ve ever met. She has helped me tremendously mentally and physically and I’m so lucky to have her in my life. I can’t recommend this gym enough!

So I came to AIM barely able to stand without being in pain due to a spinal cord injury. I workout with Ashley and in a short time i have been surpassing goals that I had set before my injury. Not only am I walking without pain I am lifting heavy again. Ashley is super patient with me and even slows me down when my mind is trying to over ouch my body so I don’t hurt myself. The gym is super clean and the atmosphere is very inviting and not toxic at all.

I'm owner of a business, always on the go, finding myself eating all the wrong foods with very little daily activity. I'v been gaining weight and feeling sluggish lately, realizing I need to improve my overall health and look I hired a personal trainer.Ashley Erler works for AIM Fitness in Costa Mesa, She created a program for myself and my work partner to train with her at AIM twice a week and help monitor our daily diet. Within 8 weeks both of us feel 100% better and can see a real change in how we look. I'v lost 8 pounds and have increased my overall strength. I'm so thankful I did this for myself and my family. I would recommend Ashley and AIM fitness to anyone who is needing a healthy change, Ashley is knowledgeable in her field and truly cares for her clients success. You wont regret doing it for yourself.

I’ve been training with Ashley for a few months now and she’s great. Very attentive to my needs and will adjust workouts when I have specific ailments. She has learned that I’m pretty strong so she tries to keep me challenged with a variety of full body workouts. She’s friendly and we have great chats during out sessions. Combine her friendliness with the great workouts, the hour goes by super quick because it’s fun!

As much as I despise working out, I actually enjoy and look forward to working out at AIM. The community they've built combined with their extensive experience and incredible knowledge creates an environment that you can't help but enjoy. Also, having worked out with "trainers" at "gyms" before, I can honestly say that nothing I have experienced compares to the attention you get at AIM. Top notch. I feel stronger then I ever have and have so much energy after working out with Marla and Jake. Thanks guys! So glad I found you! Highly recommend to anyone that's serious about getting strong!
