I went there today (Dec 22nd 2023) to find a matching shirt for my son after we just bought one from Abercrombie adults to my husband. He was so excited.The staff was sooo extremely rude and the manager even worse for not even caring for what just happened.Of course I didn’t even want to buy anything else.Just an awful experience. They definitely need to work on the staff training

I walked in there were 3-4 employee females just standing by the register doing nothing just talking. Not one of them greeted me,they seen me but just kept talking as I walked by them. I worked retail before and that's not how you treat customers. Lazy bunch,or just racially profiling me.

My God daughter was visiting Us and we were about to go into this store until we saw very unwelcoming what looked like a hand painted big sign(See picture!) until these signs are removed- we won't be doing business here!

I just have to say, Anna, one of their sweet employees was so helpful today! I had to do some last minute shopping for a family portrait & since the store is closed due to COVID its been extremely difficult to find outfits for my niece & nephew.Anna went above and beyond, returned my phone call promptly, polite and so sweet.

Loving the New Store! It's right next to Corner Bakery. The second I walked in, I was greeted and all the employees were super friendly! I received help from one of the manager on a return I needed. I could have just got my money back but Shari- a manager at the store showed me the new Summer clothes that just came in and I just had to buy more clothes (: thanks A&F for the awesome customer service and I will definitely be back! Keep Up the Good Work!!
