Michael Martinez out off this branch probably the worst agent i have come across help me get home insurance got his money a month later AAA cancelled me he never responded emails or called me back to help me reinstate my policy

I had absolutely the best experience with Lissette Martinez. She is so very personable, professional and knowledgeable. When I was struggling with life and my to do list, she made what could have been a painful sales experience seem like I was spending the afternoon talking to a friend. I would recommend anyone to speak with Lissette Martinez; she is phenomenal. Thank you so much for everything you did for me and my family. You really helped me out at a time when even the smallest decisions felt like the weight of the world was on me. I couldn't have made any decisions without her patience and help.

I had the most wonderful experience at my local AAA Bear Valley Apple Valley, California Tammy was the travel agent that helped me. I was a walk-in on a Saturday before I finished all of my shopping and to do list by 1 o’clock when I got home, she had answered pages after pages of all my questions, I can’t believe how wonderful this travel agent is I have since had many other times of going back in to arrange my travel. I called the administrative offices had a little difficulty there trying to make sure that the headquarters Southern California was able to recognize and reward this wonderful employee they have at this locationprior to meeting her I have not known her in any way shape or form. Good job Tammy.

I hope that the Wawanesa Insurance Company merger with AAA is completed quickly so that homeowners are not impacted!
Does anyone know when this will be completed and Wawanesa's rating be updated?

Terrible experience here! I’ve been an 8 year member and now I’m being cancelled because my insurance agent (Brandon bean) suggested I add my wife and son to the account which would give us 4 towes each and now I’m being cancelled because of too many towes. When asked about it not one person can speak to me about the matter and I am being refused service but was charged the member ship fee ! I don’t see how this is even possible and I’ve gotten zero help from every staff member including supervisor Dayana! Absolutely zero help with no consideration! I’ve contacted corporate office and no one can speak on this matter ! I’m out 8 years of service and paid my membership fee and am being refused service

I've been trying to resolve an issue since last March and was unable to but the last time I called AAA, the gal went the extra mile to figure out the problem and resolved it.

I paid my bill early & they took it out again a day later causing me to overdraft substantially. They explained this was my fault since I’m on auto pay. After a lengthy discussion I was told they would refund one payment. One week later no activity in my bank account so I call AGAIN. 45 minutes later I’m told I will be refunded within a few days. The first service representative hasn’t followed through. That in its self isn’t reassuring. But. My refund showed up as promised. Fast forward to next month payment & policy renewal. They have double billed me causing $93.20 in overdrafts. Granted I have made 2 MORE LENGTHY PHONE CALLS & they have agreed I do NOT owe the amount I was refunded. Promised to fix it after both calls but did not. I AM LIVID. I’m on a fixed income. There is no room for error in my financial plan. I will be on the phone AGAIN. They will fix this. And I will be speaking to supervisor’s & corporate. This is ridiculous. If the rates weren’t so low I’d get rid of them asap. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!! They should be ashamed.

I paid my insurance early and they still automatically took the payment. I have $90 in overdraft fees. They don't want to pay the overdraft fees. Mind you I've paid my bill before the date in the past and this never happened. They want to put it off on my bank. This is so frustrating I've been with them for 7 years and there service isn't cheap. I hate when you call and they say thank you for your service. Is this how you show appreciation? If I paid my monthly bill in advance how are you still able to take money out? My balance should be zeroed out. I'm very dissatisfied with AAA
