Called to make a payment, The assistant that answered put me on virtual assistant. If I wanted to do that and go through virtual system, I wouldn't call triple-a. I'll just do it on my own. Agents need to be trained better and not ignore customers. Request that wanted to pay a payment and didn't even ask more questions around it

Jay in Smog is horrible. It takes 4 days for him to respond to my inquiry for a price without answering it at all. They left a voicemail with everything else that didn't ask about. My smog was done for a week when they left me a voicemail asking me to call with any questions. Time wasted, frustration gained. I'd consider another insurance company for my towing needs. Jay, you're awful I hope youre not in charge of anything or anyone.

I got my son his frist aaa card when he was in Texas, pay with my credit card. Told aaa this is one time Charge only. That was 5 years ago. My son used the card one time 5 years ago. Frist 2 years, not change. 2022,2023 and this they changed my card all three years. My Fault for not looking at my bill. This is Recurring change that I did not ask for. Who is doing this.. So be careful. Always look at your bill. I been with AAA for 29 years and that didn't help.

The only different between the DMV and this location is that the faster service … but still has the same unhappy miserable people work here. Sad

Is there a negative star here? I recently got into an accident over a week ago involving my Toyota and the adjuster that was assigned to my claim is Rachel Todd. She is shady as she only cares about her company's earnings. I am about to leave California and just fly home to my home state and she's still playing hide and seek; hard to get. She'll put words into people's minds and make up stories. She will tell you LIES after LIES. She'll tell you that the shop ain't reaching out to her calls and demands but when I called the shop, they said they've contacted her so many times and she never responded. Be very careful and make sure you watch your back if she's handling your claim. Take note of her name, RACHEL TODD.

Shady people here. I needed to get insurance and at the time it was the "cheapest" for me at $330/m, I assume because of an accident on my motorcycle which I was not at fault for. I was in a rush and didn't care because I needed insurance. The man I spoke to asked me if I wanted the roadside assistant as well and agreed because why not? I've only ever heard great things about it.While signing me up the POS asked me if I had anyone I wanted to give free AAA roadside membership to as well. Thinking this is cool I said yes. Gave him my friends name and he told me all done. Thought nothing of it. I finished the paperwork signed and sent it back. Well apparently because I gave him my friends NAME he added him to the excluded list on my insurance without telling me that he was going to do it. Tried to call back couldn't get a hold of the POS that I spoke to.Whatever I thought that's that its my fault for not reading the contract. Well nope. I haven't had a single accident and only had one accident which was not my fault and over 2.5 years ago. SOMEHOW my insurance has increased from $330/m to $365/m after just 4 months with a renewal offer of $385/m.How in gods name does that make sense? I am almost 30 and I drive a freaking PRIUS FFS. I've tried calling to cancel and was told that it would be a 10% FEE for what is owed on the balance. Well I said ok lets do it and was told I would have to pay $480 on a total balance of $1000 how in the hell does that math add up? Never ever going to recommend their dog insurance to anyone. Go with Geico, Wawanesa, Mercury or ANYONE. You will get a much better quote and no shady business practices.

⚠️Warning⚠️ This location is EXTREMELY unorganized. NO ONE in claims answers their phone OR RETURNS CALLS. The supervisor Irene is absolutely horribly unprofessional and apparently the leader of DISORGANIZATION !!!! DO NOT GET AAA INSURANCE,,, their “legendary” service goal is exactly that, LEGENDARY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! From their voicemails which are inaccurate as far as the days they are in, to the fact they DO NOT RETURN CALLS. This place is a JOKE. ???

This insurance company stinks. They tried to collect money from me for an accident I wasnt in. Someone gave them an incorrect plate number when they were in an accident and it happen to be my plate. I thought we cleared this up months ago with them and it was closed but last week a law firm started trying to collect from me. Someone there owes me an apology. I filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner of CA.
