Worst experience ever and never shopping at armani again! I went in with a 100$ giftcard and it wouldnt swipe and even though they were able to check the credits with it they werent able to put it in during checkout and kept trying to swipe for an hour before eventually saying its not working without even apologizing. The manager then said he would hold on to my giftcard and call the HQ to figure it out and give me a call back to pick up my item, but its been 3 weeks now without getting a call and they aren't answering any of my calls so i basically got scammed out of 100$?

The worst costumer service I ever seen all my life!! I bought 3 shirts in Armani Exchange before 3 weeks ago. when I saw a little cut on one of the shirts, I returned to the store and explain them what happened, and the manager wasn't care about it and refused to help! (I just wanted to change a shirt and not get money back). The shirt was brand new and never been worn So don't spend your time and your money on that store!!!
