If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would so that ppl can stay away from this store. The staff is only there to upsell with no honesty.
I tried to go return a home internet and they said that I have to take it back to where I bought it. When I went back, they called customer service with me because they really couldn't receive the home internet. When we spoke to a rep, they assured me that the corporate location is supposed to receive this home internet even though they turned me away. I guess its because I didn't buy it with them, so they turned me away. But For this reason I will never go back to that verizon store and at least the retailer tried to help me unlike corporate. They are just a bunch of robots that are useless at the Corte Madera store.
Go to a retailer. They are more helpful and at least try to help.
What's the point of being the real verizon if your not going to help your customers. This store needs new management and new staff. Ppl that actually know how to do their job instead of being lazy and a bunch of liars. Verizon, you need staff that actually helps it's customers whether it's buying new product or helping with issues.
Stay away from this store.
I promise you, this will save you time and headaches. Go to the stores in San Rafael. Way more friendlier and helpful.

I bought a phone with a plan 2 days ago at Verizon Corte Madera. They clearly promised to waive my activation fee and give me a deal on the monthly rate. Then when I sign in to Verizon, the rate is not what they promised. Phone customer service would not give me the deal they promised me. I returned to the store to try ti fix the problem. They told me the person who sold me the phone was new and didn’t know what he was doing yet so they wouldn’t give me the price he clearly quoted multiple times. Liars. Bamboozlers!

Everybody looks super relaxed, but they have six people ahead of me, and he did not even want to hear my concern not even after I told him what happened to me and why I needed them this is the second store that’s getting a review and perhaps there is a class action lawsuit in place. I’m sure a lot of people are joining the action lawsuit against Verizon happens all the time right.
Not even canceling my appointment. What a waste of time it’s OK it’s a beautiful day. I’m positive ? I get to be outside and they get to be miserable. Oh well!

They tried a high pressure sales approach and price gouging. We saved over 100 a month and got free phones at the Novato location compared to their offer which we would've paid off the phones in 3 years . I would go straight to Novato. Much better deals, no pressure and attitude.

Yesterday I had the most horrible customer service experience at this Verizon store ever. Carlos was the worst. Instead of helping me, he made me wait for hours, was incredibly unsympathetic, and should not be permitted to work with the public ever. Astounding this is the way this business is run.

Carlos was awful. I was just at that store for hours. Carlos was anything but helpful, it was definately one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Don't go looking to them for help. Horrible.

Verizon as a company is the ABSOLUTE worse, hence the reason there is a class action lawsuit. This location has the worst customer service in the history of customer service. I have no idea why these particular people work in a service industry when they have no people's skills. Avoid this location at all costs.

Staff at this store are incredibly helpful. Had a great experience there December 2023. Patient and thorough. Helped me upgrade to a better plan for my family and helped me buy two phones seamlessly. Was actually an enjoyable experience. I think the staff person’s name was James.

The corporate store for Verizon was staffed by some of the most sharply informed phone gurus I've come across and they were adept at providing everything I asked for despite my requests being slightly challenging and complicated. I spent several hours being helped by patient and courteous staff and left with everything exactly that I had hoped to aquire while there. Very happy with my visit. Don't bother with reseller stores unless all you need to do is pay a bill. Use the corporate stores where the employees are able to actually provide you with your needs.

If there were zero stars that would be my score. There were 8 customers in the store and 4 employees. None were the manager. I received a text from Verizon saying my items were ready for pick up. I showed up and was told there would 1.5 hour wait "at least" before I could be helped. I had a particularly sensitive time frame as my husband was only recently out of hospital and was home very ill and I only had a little time to spare. I had asked the Verizon "sales associate " on the call when I purchased the phones if I should make an appointment for the pickup was told no. At the store after I said I couldn't wait for an hour +, it was suggested that I go home and come back later! I was also told that even if I made an appointment, once I showed up it might still be > 1 hour wait, because they were short staffed. So, a negative rating for the young staff in the shop and a double negative for the people responsible for low staffing their shops, and a triple negative for thier phone sales associates who give out incorrect information. UPDATE: I was still billed for the purchase of the new iphone, even though the person in the store told me my entire order was cancelled, as I requested, instead still getting billed despite multiple long waits on phone calls. FINALLY, I didn't bother to read the other reviews, but I agree that the service here is particularly bad, especially for seniors. How many similar negative reviews to consider that there is a real problem in your shops?

I went to the store to get a new Apple Watch and I spoke with the manager name Carlos he told me the waiting time it’s 45 minutes what’s OK with me but he say if you want to be a faster just go to Apple Store and get the watch and will activate it for you, so I want to Apple, so I got the watch he didn’t even register my namedisrespectful I just have respect for other customers because I almost we’re going to fight the way how he talk
