I live in Vancouver,BC and have a brother in St. Louis Missouri. I wanted to buy my brother some Untuckit shirts for Christmas and a couple for myself as well. I spoke with Isaiah at UNTUCKit, Corte Madera on November 28 and he helped me select a number of shirts for both my brother and myself. He was engaging, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Isaiah made my UNTUCKit shopping experience a pleasure.

i called the Corte Madeira store to see if they had sweater I was locking for. i was so fortunate that Valerie answered the phone. Not only did she locate the sweater I was looking for ( they didn't have one in the store), she located the sweater at another store and is having it overnighted to me at no charge. Wow! Thank you so much Valerie. You're amazing.

Excellent Service today! Thank you so much, Shanan! Found two shirts that are absolutely perfect for my new job!! I needed very specific white, button down dress shirts, to give me a fresh stand out look. After looking at the Gap, J crew and Banana Republic and leaving those stores empty handed, it was such a relief to find UNTUCKit and Shanan's friendly face & helpful service. Best customer service from Zach. I would give him ten stars. When an item I ordered got canceled, he went out of his way to get it for me in time for Christmas. He is what customer service should be.

The team at this UNTUCKit location are outstanding! My BF needed a wardrobe overhaul, and I had heard about this company while flying and flipping through the airline's inflight magazine. Nina, the associate at this specific location, was remarkable. She knew right away what my boyfriend's size was. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. The whole team was remarkable. We felt welcomed throughout our entire visit. Definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to look sharp, and be comfortable while doing so!

I've been to the store 3 times in the last month and it's a toss up as to what's better..... the service or the product. Seriously, shopping here could be the best retail experience I've ever had. It is an outstanding customer experience. From the second you walk in to the last step through the door, the staff here is knowledgeable, professional, and all around amazing. They helped me try on what was probably 20 pieces of clothing, recommending exactly what I described I liked. The UNTUCKit clothing is wonderful but the experience here is what sets it apart from every other retailer. I rather drive 30 minutes to the store because the experience is that great. Shopping online would be more time efficient but I don't want to miss out on getting great advice and support. Do yourself a solid and go to this store.

Valerie, Zach, and Katelin were all very helpful. I found my ideal size and cut easily, and was then able to pick out an all new work wardrobe. So happy I was able to get in and out quickly, leaving lots of time for the beAch.
