My husband and I visited the store to look for a new road bike. We were impressed with the kind and very informative customer service from Robert who helped us to figure out which model best suited what we were looking for (and explained why). He answered all our random questions and even shared about the local rides and history as we are new to the area!

I highly recommend buying from these folks. They have a really good return policy; they're great people; they know a LOT about bikes AND they are patient--a question I had made them go onto the Net and learn more about the bike I was looking at buying.They also more than one-up Mike's Bikes--they allow you to take the bike out of the shop for a ride--to be able to go up onto the marsh ride very nearby gave me a great feel for the two e-mountain bikes I was considering.Trek bikes are also really good. I've had two Treks--the Domane got killed when a van hit us, and the Rail 9.7 I have right now is one of my faves.They also adjust the bike for you as soon as you come in the door--their services is more than exemplary--they repaired my tires within minutes, and they work on the most minscue issues with great enthusiasm, like fixing the plug for the e-bike and putting on new hand rests. AND they repaired one of my other bikes which is not a Trek!Parking is easy. You will find this shop one of the best, and they are well-known throughout Marin.

I didn’t buy the bike here, but when I brought it in, they fixed it (e-bike needed to be reprogrammed by their computer) and then didn’t charge me! great folks! I’ll be back!

Furthermore, they ensured my utmost satisfaction by providing me with appropriate shorts, jackets, a side view mirror, a kickstand, and other essential accessories for my bike. I am genuinely delighted with the outcome. It was a pleasure to engage in transactions with an establishment that embodies mature, knowledgeable, and professional staff members who admirably represent the Trek brand.

Rented a gravel bike from them and it was a great experience. Really great and friendly team and heavily focused on customer experience. Also one of the few places doing rentals in Larkspur/Corte Madera, which was very convenient. Highly recommended.

I love Trek bikes. But what I like even better is the Trek service!My Powerfly e-Bike was having a weird and annoying noise problem. The source of the noise was not obvious…but it sure was bothersome!Josh, the Corte Madera store manager, was fantastic. He personally took it upon himself to figure out and repair the problem when nobody else could. Although it required multiple tries and tests, Josh’s persistence and talent paid off, and noise is gone!Throughout the process, Josh always treated me like his most important customer. It is so rare in this world to be treated so well. My wife and I each own Trek Powerflys. I am so glad we did not buy another brand of e-Bike!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was eager to help me with my needs.The entire staff was knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions and providing me with the information I needed to make an informed decision on which bike to purchase.What stood out to me was the personal attention that I received. The staff took the time to get to know me and my biking preferences, and they made recommendations based on my individual needs and fitting. They even went above and beyond by helping me find the right accessories to go with my new bike. I have lived in Marin for over 25 years and have been to make bike shops and ever received such great service on all levels!

Wow! I didn’t realize buying a bike could be so enjoyable. This is my first Trek I have bought and will not be my last. The staff was super knowledgeable and kind the five times I went in. Joshua went above and beyond on the purchase of my new Trek MTB.
