Overpriced wines (it’s probably a chain thing). Went for French wine and champagne and found bottles of crémant costing $30 (I pay less for a good French champagne online). Few to no good options under $30 for reds either. I left empty handed.I was also disappointed by the limited range of French reds available given the store’s name…

This store is FANTASTIC! As a realtor, I was looking for a place to host my First Time Home Buyer Happy Hour Class and Total Wine checked all the boxes. Anthony, the manager, and Albert provided amazing customer service in helping us schedule the room, familiarize ourselves with the tech, order wine, and handle all details. They have the widest, best selection of wines and spirits...I could spend so long walking around the store. We have already scheduled our next event at this Total Wine and look forward to it. Top notch, friendly customer service. Thank you, Anthony!

Great prices,! Very large store and number of choices can be overwhelming. Actually found two associates on the floor who helped me find what I was looking for. Selection of bar tools was limited. Didn't have simple old fashion cocktail shaker.

Beautiful, very large store, nice layout, clean. Any type of liqueur, wine, beer etc. that you can imagine is stocked and reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable staff, and friendly. Definitely worth a stop to check out their their inventory.

Stopped in for some beer after visiting a client. Same level of amazing service you’d expect from other locations around the US. Great selection of wine, craft beer, and liquor. Guy in the beer aisle (missed his name), gave me some good local recommendations to check out (like Ghost Town and Altamont). Reach-in cold beer fridge had just what I was looking for. Went back to the hotel and chilled out before my flight the next morning.

I had 10 minutes to 10 on my watch and went in with a quick purchase in mind. Immediately as I entered the store I was told "we close in 8 minutes". Thanks for being so welcoming and giving me the benefit of the doubt. I left without making a purchase and frankly... won't be back.

I asked for help finding a particular varietal of Italian wine. The clerk was rude and pointed me to a long aisle of Italian wines. You would think that they wanted to sell wine! ? Never will I darken their doorway again.

I've been a fan a long time shopping at Total Wine & More in the Midwest for years. Therefore, now that Total Wine is a couple miles away, I'm thrilled! Wide-ranging selection, friendly & helpful staff, good prices all add up to an awesome shopping experience. Now I can remain a happy LOCAL customer. Yeah! Plus, they have Dot's Pretzels & Cheese Curls-some of my fave crunchy snacks!

It's a great selection, and very good prices. If management is reading this, please improve the checkout process. Today, 2/9/24, it was extremely slow and backed up. It seemed the computer system was not working well. It kept glitching, or wouldn't recognize discount coupons. Many times the cashier would call a manager over to fix it. In the end, I spent about 15 minutes just standing in the checkout line. That's not a good experience. Otherwise, great store!

Very excited to have a Total Wine close to home! I have been going to the Santa Rosa, San Ramon, and Sacramento locations when visiting friends. I find that Total Wine carries many beers/ciders from local & smaller craft breweries that I like such as Del Cielo, Ghost Town, Barrel Brothers, Far West, Jackrabbit, Humboldt Cider, and The Bruery. I appreciated that this new Corte Madera location has single cans available so I could try a variety of craft beers without committing to a multi pack. The seasonal craft beer section had so many options! The staff were courteous and helpful, I will be a regular here.
