My dog, Huckleberry, does not let anyone near his paws- including me! I thought I'd never find anyone who could actually cut his toenails. These people did it in 5 minutes! Unbelievable! 5 Stars all the way!

They are only a few blocks from my house so I had high hopes of taking my Pom there but they are not taking any new dogs. Bummer! They sound like really nice people though...

Wayne & Cookie are the real deal! I've been taking my dog Emma to them for over a year, and have nothing but great things to say about them. Friendly, professional, comparatively reasonable prices, easy location, fast & effective...and Emma is always happy to see them (a very important tell when it comes to groomers). Oh, and scheduling with them is much easier than my experience with other groomers in the area. The 1-star reviews here are so odd...not due to actually experiencing the service, but because Wayne & Cookie were too full to take on another dog or because they don't work with certain breeds? I run my own business and deciding who I want to work with & how much work I take on is self-employment 101, not 'bad service'. People deciding that this warrants a 1-star review need to check their entitlement.

I am really not sure how to rate them, but wanted to let other people know that they are not taking any new dogs. I asked about cancellations and a wait list, but it doesn't sound like they do that. A little confusing, but if you would be a new client, try elsewhere.

Cookie and Wayne are the best! They are always accommodating with their schedule. They love the animals they care for. Our little Penny was actually rescued by Cookie. So, we just love supporting their business!

They did a great job cutting nails on my older golden retriever with crumbly nails. They scheduled me promptly, and then after I missed the appointment (entirely my fault) were very understanding and squeezed us in the same day!

Lovely husband &wife team provide much more than a grooming service for our 4legged babies. They provide sincere love and care as well as mostly honest feedback. (Let's face it, if your dog is an absolute terrorist they won't say but, you as a pet owner 'know'. My two are saints (almost) and I still tip $20+ in cash per dog. Let's face it your dog is loved sincerely really well cared for and as a bonus you get an entire day of 'free' doggie day care for the cost of the service. Wayne and his wife have always cared this much. I'm asking a a concerned patron that we all come together and tip generously to say thank you for riding out the Covid-19a storm. Let's help these wonderful folks rebuild their nestegg ONE BIG TIP AT A TIME! After all, they hung in there for us and our dogs. Did you really want to self wash 'fido' at Pet Smart? Just a thought people, WE CAN DO BETTER/ BE BETTER. ?
