Best pharmacy in the area….. filled swiftly and incredibly knowledgeable!!!!! I was in and out in mere minutes!!!!!And such pleasant people!!!!!! Well done!!!!

I required a prescription from a specific manufacturer and both CVS and Walgreens could not help me. Joe, the pharmacist, was extremely kind and helpful with me both on the phone and in person. I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough!

Never once has the pharmacy actually pick up the phone. Quite frustrating needing to walk in just to be turned away because of an issue with insurance that could have been identified over the phone.

I was picking up prescription for my antibiotics because I have a foot infection. Alex helped me get my medicine quickly and efficiently. My foot is still infected though, I think I need to wait a bit before the antibiotics that Alex helped me obtain start working.Thank you Alex

Worst pharmacy/store ever to and I travel all over for work. None of the employees (when you can find one) has any knowledge of the store, and the shelves are at least 40% empty. They didn't even have tweezers!

If I could give them a zero I would. The pharmacy is the absolute worst. They don't pick up phones, in person they are far from cordial, and they never provide your prescription in any where close of the timeframe they say they will. Wasted roughly an hour waiting around, and then treated rudely when I asked about my prescription. Lost my business.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible service, staff is rude especially Latin woman in there working register. Place is never stocked and they close early during "business hours". Do better

The check out person was terrific, Lucile. She was working two registers at once to get people through the line fast. She was very efficient and nice.

I 'am not well today and needed some aspirin so I sent my nephew out to get me some and it cost $16.29 for 300 tablets. The only thing is the aspirin expires in two months! Why would they even have this on their shelves! If I use six to ten tablets that would cost me almost $2.00 a tablet! What is wrong with these idiots? They can send the medication back and get new medication from the company or write it off. I can't! Oh yeah when I called them nobody would pick up and I also tried the pharmacy and the number on the aspirin box! This is why when I use a pharmacy I drive sixty miles and go to the CVS in Palo Alto. None of this horse crap there!

Wish I could give this zero stars... this is the worst location out there. I went there to find an item that said it was in stock online at that specific location. I went to find it on my own first but when I couldn't I decided to press the assist button. I must've pressed the button at least five times and waited for ten minutes.. no one came. I went to the checkout area and asked the lady if she could help me find that item bc again, it said it was in stock at that location. The Hispanic lady at the register didn't even bother to help. She said "I don't know where it is" and proceeded to do her own thing, with no customers around. She said she's the only one in that store and cannot help me. I walked out after that. I wish I could get her name but she was beyond rude.

To be able to post a review you have to award stars, however, this Rite Aid pharmacy deserves NEGATIVE stars. The pharmacy employees are aggressive and the antithesis of helpful!! Impossible to follow their logic or comments too. Go anywhere, but here!!!

I have never been able to pick up my rx without issue. Normally the issue is that they have texted and called informing me that my rx is ready for pick up but, without fail, it is not. Today they sold me the wrong rx dosage - TWICE. They will not refund you after you have paid even if you are still standing in front of the counter. You have to pay before they give you the medication though. They claim that if a doctor has requested a medication they have to fill it. In this case my doctor prescribed the dose they filled months ago. They have fill the correct dosage many times since, but today for whatever the reason they filled the incorrect dosages. If you have to no other option and must go here, I highly recommend you ask to see the bottle before paying.
