We just moved to the area from the city and wanted to love this place. We tried three times and remain disappointed.
Visit #1 - took in six pieces, came back with four. Was this my fault? Possibly, only because I didn’t give the ticket to my husband when he picked up. I went back with the ticket and the proprietor told me there was nothing he could do because we left the store. $85
Visit #2 - I’ll let my husband leave his review but I’ll just say that it was for pants alterations $35 for straight pants hem. And the proprietor couldn’t believe my husband wanted to try them on for length/pinning before leaving them for alterations.
Visit #3 - one sweater for dry cleaning and one dress for spot clean/treatment - $41. The spots came out of the dress but there are halo stains around and beyond the spot clean. Dress is ruined AND they gave me someone else’s silk sash. I brought that back when I came to ask for help on the stain and the proprietor said that I just didn’t see the stain before, took the sash, and wouldn’t budge on a credit or refund.
Overall expensive and your clothes are at risk of ruin or loss. I really wanted to like this place and hope you have better luck.

It's unfortunate because this business is located very close to my house. I have never experienced such horrendous customer service in my entire life. It's hard to believe that someone so rude could own a business and work with the public. Do yourself a favor and do not support a business who treats customers with such disrespect, and instead give your business to establishments that value their customers.

The absolute worst customer service and the rudest owner. I have never experienced such vile and horrendous treatment from a service provider. Stay far far away from this place. The owner is a monster. Was late with my cleaning and got angry when I said I needed it when promised. Started swearing at me. Not sure what planet he's on but he should not be in any business where he has to deal with the public.

Owner made the sky high prices up on the spot as I was picking up my clothes and then started waving random receipts in my face when I questioned why the prices were over double every other cleaner. They intentionally leave prices off the tickets and don't have a posted price list so they can rip you off at the end.$15 per short sleeve shirt dry clean? No thanks.

They lost a brand new shirt belonging to my elderly father which I had purchased. We provided the receipt. The shirt was new and had been worn once. They refuse to pay for the list shirt. My parents are regular customers.

Hi - we came by to pick up a tux we had dry cleaned but you had closed just minutes before. We're trying to reach you because you are closed tomorrow and the event is tomorrow. Could you please send us a message here? We've tried your phone number several times and we talked to you directly this afternoon and you told us to come by around 4pm. We did and you weren't here.

Beautiful job but extremely expensive ($12 for one linen blouse.). Very nice owners and I would go back because the clothes were cleaned impeccably.

Beware of Paradise Cleaners. Just spent $49 to pick up 2 sweaters and my leather coat that they destroyed! Owner refused to admit his wrongdoing and even went so far as to blatantly lie and say I brought it in that way. I can't decide if I'm more angry that he lied or that my favorite coat is totally destroyed. In any case, I don't recommend trusting them with anything good to clean. And if anyone can recommend a reputable cleaner that can maybe destroy a shredded coat collar, please let me know!

I brought in a faux jacket to be cleaned and they quoted me $45.00 which is outrageous. I went home and washed it in woolite and hung it dry to be beautiful. Don't waste your money especially when you look like you have it going in there.
