Micheal is simply the best. Always gives options, estimates and great advice based on what you want out of your computer. I've used Micheal for expensive gaming builds, general maintenance and repairs. Fast,accurate, great communication with great results delivered, all at very competitive pricing. these guys are great. my dell laptop was having some audio issues, and they fixed it on the spot. it took them less than 15 minutes. I'll definitely be going back to them again if I have issues the future.

Wharw, this is how to run a local business!!! I had an issue with my laptop, it was(is) dead.. Mike looked at it and we discussed various options. I ended up not going with any of them for various reasons. Got my laptop back with a smile :-) They didn't make money on me this time but they will in the future, they're my go to shop from now on!!!!! Excellent service, highly recommended!

Mike at MobileTech Computing is wonderful. He not only repaired my computer and recovered my data on short notice, but was incredibly helpful to me, answering all my (ignorant) questions and patiently walking me through everything I need to do for the future. I especially appreciate that he has stuck with me throughout the process, even after he has done his job and been paid in full. He will be my "go to" guy for the future!

Mike is amazing. He helped my husband several years ago recover data from a broken external hard drive and this year he has helped me when my computer was giving me one problem after another. He is FAST and EFFICIENT but more than that, he is honest and straight forward. I trusted his advice and guidance. He also communicates via text so you always get an update on what's happeneing. There is nothing worse than feeling like you can't get an update on the status of soemthing we are all so dependent on like computers. I trust Mike and I highly recommend him. His fee is also reasonable. It's seriously good, straight-up, no nonsense, efficient help at a good cost. I wish every place I went to for help was run like this.

Michael was right there when I called, came to my house two days later. Communicated when he would arrive, followed up and arrived promptly. Super knowledgeable!! Michael took time to explain everything and made sure I understood and knew what to do on my own. He was efficient and gave me some great ideas on how to be safer. He stayed with me until my 2 pages of issues were all resolved. I highly recommend Michael's services.

I had service for this company back in April 30 and ever since then my phone has been deteriorating since! The ID thumb print quit working totally, I need to restart my phone multiple times or more A DAY, my phone overheats to where I need to leave it off for a specific measure of time, and to finish everything off the screen that they put on it doesn't actually accommodate my telephone. I can see the edge of my telephone. I reached individuals same day to tell them that they say they supplanted my screen, they never came to fix it. Have been overlooking my calls/text. Try not to go to them. It's every one of the a trick. I feel like they just took my cash and exacerbated my phone. Aftermarket parts. Don't waste your money. My phone stopped working after 3 days, I came back they didn't take care of me

My computer was "Hacked". Lost emails, many files and hard drive crashed. Alvin and Michael did excellent job of recovering my emails,files,and data. Also replaced my hard drive which became corrupted. Hats off to them both. They have a nice shop and clearly explained what went wrong and hot to obtain more security from "Hackers"

I was very happy with doing business with Michael and Alvin. My computer had the possibility that it had been exposed to some malware, so I took it to them to clean it and run tests on it. They took it the same day and returned in after a few hours and the price was very reasonable. They made suggestions about other things I could do that would help back up data as well as stabilize my computer long-term; such as changing my hard drive to a solid state.. which I didn't know about. There is no doubt, I will be making Mobile Tech my computer repair home! Not to mention sending all my friends and colleagues! Good going Michael and Alvin! They are both so knowledgeable and pleasant! I'm a grateful customer.

Wonderful people! So kind and helpful. My trusty old iMac (10 years +) froze, and I was unable fix it. So I drove it over to MobileTech. I am no spring chicken, so when they saw what an armful this was for me, they quickly assured me that they would gladly bring it back to me and set up again after repairs were made. They kept it overnight, determined that the OS had become corrupted, made the repairs in good time, upgraded to the Sierra OS and drove the computer to my home. As promised, they reconnected everything at no extra cost, made sure that my printer was connected and working, and checked to be sure that the Microsoft Word program I normally use was compatible with the upgrade. No files had been lost or moved, and everything worked perfectly. My son had thought we might need to purchase a new computer in the near future, but MobileTech assured me that this old friend was good for many years to come! I highly recommend this wonderful company, both for their competent computer diagnosis and repair work and for their genuine kindness.

Daughter had problem with her laptop which failed to come up. Took it to two big name stores with computer repair department. Both without looking or hooking it up, gave the verdict to buy a new laptop from them and pay for the service to transfer the information from the laptop to the new one. Took it to MobileTech, Michael was very knowledgeable. Tested it out, explained the options, and transferred the important data from the laptop to a modular hard drive; all in less than 2 hours. My daughter was very happy with the way it was handled even though she still had to replace her laptop; prompt & knowledgeable evaluation, clear options explained, and great pricing. Highly recommended!

When I bought a wireless ink-jet printer, I couldn't figure out how to connect it to the internet. Mike Kwei came to my house within 24 hours on the weekend; he quickly and efficiently set everything up. Afterwards he stayed to show me certain features and make a couple of suggestions to save money on ink. I don't know what I would've done without him, because HP online support wasn't available at that time. A few weeks later, I had an on-going issue with my 10-year-old MacBook Pro. With Covid closures, I wasn't able to get the usual help at the Apple Store, so once again I turned to Mike. He helped me obtain a slightly older version of MicroSoft Office (online) that was required. Trying to do the installation myself, I got hopelessly confused. After several hours I contacted Mike who was available by email and phone to help figure out the best solution. Ultimately he helped me decide that the best course of action would be to simply leave my computer the way it is now (everything actually works fine). In the coming year or two, I can replace my faithful MacBook when and if it gives out. For all his time and trouble (on the phone/responding to emails) he asked for nothing. Not only do I have complete confidence in his expertise, but I especially appreciate his patience and the respectful way he dealt with my lack of computer skills.
