“Kit at the macy’s in corte madera helped me out tremendously. This is not my typical go to macys as I live in Sonoma county and it is quite a bit of a drive. I came out to Corte Madera to have a girls day out, there was a huge sale at this macys location, i bought some bedding (a comforter set) normally they are $80 but today they were $19.99 that’s what it said on the sign. It was a “deal of the day.” When I got to the register, it rang up as $24.99 instead of $19.99 i went back and took a picture of it and showed Kit and he honored the price. He was very friendly, personable, professional and diplomatic. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my shopping needs even though it is quite a drive for me (45 minutes one way).
