Great experience with showroom staff at Corte Madera to learn if this is the right system for me and purchasing the sactional. As someone who mostly shops online, working in person was worth the drive to a nearby store.

The rival of the boxes were overwhelming. FedEx driver just dropped them over the gate didn't even bring them to my door. Definitely takes at least two people to help you.Assembling the set 1 hours.Installation of the surround system almost 1 hours hard time and download of the system. Hard work but well worth it I love the couch and the surround system. A couple of my neighbors stop by to enjoy the system.

I’d heard of the Lovesac before as the bean bag chair you can sink yourself into, but more recently I heard that they are making couches; I could only imagine what that would look and feel like, until this weekend when I finally got the chance to visit a store. It was purely a curiosity visit, but it’s hard to walk out of there and not want to buy a couch. I have to hand it to Mark who not only presented the concept of the Sactional superbly using their visual tools, but then we were shown the surround sound system that’s built in along with his knowledge and expertise on how the feature works. It didn’t take long for me to be sold on it, and I definitely want to plan ahead to get one of these; when that day comes, I will definitely be working with Mark because he made the experience for me!

The product is outstanding. The buying experience is not the smoothest (design takes some time), but the team in Corte Madera is absolutely top notch, and helped every step of the way. It's because of them that we ended up buying the sofa.

The most experience I'd had with LoveSac prior to this purchase was using one of their huge bean bags at my startup and visiting their store in a mall circa 2007. But when the husband and I were considering getting a new couch they popped up on my radar again. I liked that you could design it and that you could mix and max and add in additional pieces if your lifestyle or space ever changed. Since we largely planned to keep moving towards tiny house living, a couch that could become two chairs, or even one large bed really appealed to us. Seeing how costly couches had become in the years since we bought our old couch also cinched the deal. I used their (fairly intuitive) software to design a chaise as I really only needed one arm and I wanted both seats to have storage. The couch parts were delivered in about two weeks in several pieces. The arm first (very difficult to unpack and free), then the two couch cushions (very simple to set up), and the covers last. I will say that the boxes, while bulky, were fairly simple to move - although if you don't live somewhere where packages can be safely set or work from home, it might be a little on the irritating side that they aren't all delivered on the same day. The one star loss is because I would have liked if their covers were more reasonably priced. It almost doubled the cost of the couch if we would have gone with our first choice in cover - that to me is crazy-pants. Their options for the basic package were 1980's velvet, 1960's meets 1970 chenille, and how dare you even - tweed. I would have loved to have gone with denim. But, have you seen that meme? The one with the little rascals baby throwing money out of a window? This. This was that. It was almost 5 times the price. For denim. Ha, yeah right. Otherwise? This was a great experience overall. Would buy sactional again.
