These guys have had about 18 months of being the most consistent, professional, attentive, and competent service department in the San Francisco Bay Area, for any make or model of car. I am continually impressed, and since Vince got on board as the head service rep, they've consistently hired and retained the best and smartest, namely Matt Quinn. Really thrilled to still be part of their team, as a customer. Cheers all.

Great service via email and phone from Brian and Travis. Worked with me to get a satisfying deal on a 2018 Audi S3, especially in todays rough market. I had trouble finding a ride up to the dealership (I live 1.5 hours away) and they were very patient with me and even offered to help. Ultimately, I had to put the purchase on hold and they were understanding even after all that back-and-forth during negotiating online and over the phone. I definitely hope to revisit this soon and would highly recommend asking for Brian or Travis.

I bought a Used Car here from Vincent. He is a great sales guy that didn't pressure us at all. It was a very fast and smooth experience and was even able to get financing with no money down. Even the sales manager Travis and the Finance guy Oscar were very pleasant to deal with. Don't forget to say hi to Cash the dog, super cool. Thanks for a good deal.

The 'promises of returning calls and answering questions was never there. The guys that work here are just the typical sales guys. Once your drive your car off lot, there more than happy to get rid of you and on to screw the next buyer. Thankfully the Marin dealership in Rocklin has much more professional people working there. I wish I had purchased my car from them. Jaguar of Marin... your terrible.

I took my Jaguar in for service last week, and it was such a pleasure to have Matt back, as well as some of the other people I have known at Marin Jaguar for years. It was nice to have the same kind of warm and friendly people at Jaguar that have been there in the past. I missed that. And the ladies were given flowers for Valentine's Day. What a nice treat. Thanks for getting the place back to normal.

I recently took my Jaguar for its first service appointment at Marin Jaguar. Alex, one of the service representatives, graciously told me where to leave my car. Matt, the service advisor, was extremely courteous, professional, and efficient, while we reviewed the various options. He quoted me a fair estimate for the work and he kindly offered to assist me in returning to my job. The service was completed expertly within one day. When I returned to pick up the car, Nancy handled all the paperwork quickly and with respect. The entire service experience was excellent. I'm grateful to Alex, Matt, and Nancy for their professionalism and fine customer service. Thank you, all!

I had the best experience buying a used car here. The car was pristine and very reasonably priced. There were no tricks or gimmicks. Josh was very helpful, the transaction was conducted almost entirely via text. All this felt very uncomfortable as it was a new way of buying a car I wasn't able to see. But I am so glad I did and was more than pleased with the service and integrity.

We had a great experience buying our most recent car! Our salesperson, Josh Salim, was extremely helpful in finding us the perfect car for our needs and budget. He answered all of our questions, made sure the vehicle was in tip top shape before we drove home in it, and communicated excellently about timing and logistics. We'll be back!

Purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Josh Salim. I told him what my family was looking for and he went above and beyond to provide great service. Josh responded to messages quickly and found us a great finance rate from the local credit union. We will certainly be coming back.
