“I wanted to convert my pre-paid plan over the Customer Care service, and that turned to be a nightmare and a waste of time. Finally, I went to the Marina branch to fix the broken account. Jeff was very kind and efficient in addressing my complicated case and a bunch of technical questions with my messed up account. That is the second time the staff of this store saved my time and money.
Whenever I get to adjust my plan in future, I'll visit that branch to make sure everything is done properly.
I wish the T-Mobile dial-in Customer Care, the website, and the mobile app were that efficient and fast as the employees at the Marina branch.”

“Jessie Martin is an excellent asset to Verizon. We were traveling in San Francisco celebrating our 10 year anniversary and got lost. Our phones were both dying and I was starting to panic. We are Verizon customers, so we took a chance and stopped in. We were desperate to charge our phones and use the washroom. Jessie was so kind to offer to charge both of our phones, let me use the washroom and helped us find the right bus to get to our destination Jessie Martin went above and beyond what I expected. We are from Texas and had little experience with the bus systems in San Francisco and he was kind, helpful and courteous. I hope Verizon knows the kind of employee he is and recognizes great customer service.
