“During my recent visit to the Williams-Sonoma store in Corte Madera, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ashley. She helped me exchange an item that I couldn't use. Ashley was attentive, took the time to listen to my concerns, and effectively resolved the issue by assisting me with the exchange. As a result, I purchased a new item that was twice the price of the original one—a win for the store as well!
In contrast to my previous visit, where the manager on shift was dismissive and didn't take the time to listen to me, Ashley's excellent customer service made a significant difference.
