I don't write a lot of reviews, in fact it's probably been years since my last one, but I have to give a Big Shout Out to Rob Melia and the rest of the staff at Ferguson's in Corte Madera. I had a problem with an order, and Rob could not of been nicer in helping me resolve it. He certainly went above and beyond, going the extra mile to help me. These days when customer service is almost nonexistent, it was refreshing to see it's alive and well at Ferguson's and says a lot about the company. If you need anything to do with plumbing supplies, I'm happy to give my unconditional recommendation to them--you won't be disappointed.

Rob at the store was super helpful. He recommended Kenny Stevens for my leaking back flow valve issue. Kenny came by and fixed my leak in 20 mins. Rob, thank you really appreciate your advise and help.

Agree all the other bad reviews, this place should shut down it's so poorly run. The gentleman who works in the Corte Madera store is rude and offensive. Hope this place closes soon. I'd pay triple to avoid them.

Service is slower since new employees added, as a few experienced ones left, but they have improved dramatically lately. Shortages of materials affecting all plumbing stores but this Ferguson seems to be out of stuff a lot but that is improving too…but they are friendly and have a great return policy.

This is one of the worst customer service stores, ever. The fairly young men working there treat you like you should be servicing them. If you happen to be a woman requesting assistance, go elsewhere!!!

Walked in and met with Annika (Santa Rosa) who worked with us in designing a bath remodel. Chose the products with her help and everything arrived at our doorstep shortly after! We found it so much more of a personal service then offered by Home Depo or others.

We purchased all of our plumbing fixtures from the Fergusson facility in Coral Gables for a complete renovation of a condominium in Miami Beach. In total, we purchased about $35,000 of plumbing fixtures. Overall, we had a very poor experience with Fergusson. 1. Many of the products recommended by the salesperson ended up inadequate or not the best product for the purposes we described. We found our salesperson to be poorly trained and inexperienced. 2. We received a number of defective products. These are not necessarily Fergusson's fault, but when we asked for returns and replacements, we received virtually no support or help. We only received some attention after we threatened Fergusson and reached out to the general manager. 3. After months of complaints and pleading, we still have not received the replacement of all of the faulty parts. Our contractor is very frustrated with Fergusson and has stated that he will not let any of his clients purchase fixtures from them in the future. 4. We don't receive any product support or assistance from Fergusson. In my opinion, once they receive our money, they feel that they are finished. If I was ever going to purchase plumbing fixtures for another renovation, I would go to a smaller locally owned plumbing fixture supplier who would give better customer support.

I recently ordered and picked up filters for my Trane HVAC at the San Rafael office and to my pleasant surprise, there was no drama or hassle because I had the assistance of Brennan H. He looked high and low and finally discovered them. I was so pleased that I had him order two more filters and they arrived and at the cost quoted. Ferguson has an employee that knows how to provide exceptional customer service. I will return for future HVAC needs. Too bad they do no possess a phone to make my purchasing experience, more convenient .

Great plumbing supply house, easy place to walk in and leave with what you need. Staff is helpful when additional guidance is needed. Feel free to spend all day realising they don't have what you need at that Home place, or go to Ferguson's and get polite helpful service and actually get it.

By far the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. Last year we entered Ferguson's with the hope we could purchase all plumbing for our remodel including kitchen, and 4 bathrooms. Considering we had already decided on the brand we wanted to work with a local small business. The customer service we experienced was absolutely awful resulting in us working with a company in Colorado, Winsupply (they're amazing)! Today we were looking to replace an outdoor shower and thought we'd give Ferguson's another try. We walked in and we're the only customers in the store. When we asked for help from an employee stocking shelves, we were immediately met with a rude, unhelpful attitude. After several minutes of explaining what we were looking for......an outdoor shower head and handles .... she said we only have chrome. "Great! Can we see the options?"...her response "No, we don't have any and walked away". And....this will be our last visit to Ferguson's.

I had heard great things about Ferguson’s but what a weird and distasteful experience!! I was told late one afternoon that I needed to come back early morning and speak with a woman who would be able to help me. I arrive at 7:00 - there are 3 people behind the counter. A guy is rude and disarming when asking what I need. The woman tells me she’s just a regular salesperson and speak to a third person, a man who had been in the store the day before. He seems to think I’m unaware that I’m trying to find a compression valve from the 1940’s which I was well aware of... What a lot of misinformation and ATTITUDE! Never again!
