Horrible customer service. The old man in there picks and chooses who to be nice to and who not care.
I've been in there 2 times. The second time I bought a $250 jacket. He just didn't care to even put the jackett in the bag. I'll be returning the jacket anyways. Too bad I have to go there again.

I ordered something on-line which I never do and then a few hours later tried to cancel it. There is no option to cancel. I sent emails and called. The guy on the telephone said that he couldn't cancel it. It's a federal holiday so it's not like it's even going to ship anyway. I now am forced to go through a return process. If you are ever thinking about ordering from this store, don't. The agent apologized, but didn't hesitate to try to sell me the Eddie Bauer Credit Card.

Our first experience was amazing and Issac was an extremely kind and helpful associate! We were so pleased with his service that we came back the next day. I would have rated it five stars, but when we came back the next day the lady in the store didn't even greet or speak to us. When I said hello to her she decided to talk to her dog instead of us so we left feeling very disappointed.

Wow I wished I'd have read Sharom S's one star review before trekking over there myself.My experience was identical re the snooty particularly unhelpful female manager and the overall frustration.REI nextdoor was hopping and this Eddie Bauer store was empty. Three employees and zero help to resolve my issue of having traveled a far way to return an un used coat only to be referred (with attitude) by the manager to drive an additional hour (round trip) to Petaluma. Argh

I have been an Eddie Bauer customer for over 25 years. Trying to deal with the sarcastic, rude manager and her minions at this store has put me off for good.They refuse to take returns, even before they had "technical" issues that prevented them from processing online returns.The manager at another store said the Corte Madera manager is well known for treating customers poorly. Yet she still remains.They will tell you at this store to drive to the Petaluma Outlet for returns. Ridiculous. REI will get ALL my business from now on.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of merchandise and great prices. The staff has been wonderful on my recent visits- including a return which was easy. 5 stars especially to the staff, super helpful and care enough to listen and offer suggestions. Much appreciate your cheerful holiday spirit.

Bob was very nice and helpful but the manager, Jayne I think maybe it was? She was very rude and snobby because I mentioned I had bought some Eddie Bauer jeans at Costco. She kept saying how this wasn't an outlet location, which I knew. I just wanted some jeans, and had a return to make from online, which was from the outlet, but it clearly says online that's okay. She complained that it made extra work for her...but isn't that her job and what she gets paid for? It wasn't my fault. I already drove 30 miles because they closed their other stores.

Purchased stuff online and went to store to return items that didn't fit. The cashier was stressed and discombobulated (there was only 1 other customer in the store) and accused me of returning heavily used stuff which it was not. She then said the whole return computer system was down which I don't blame her for but the rude accusation of returning used s*** was not pleasant. We drove an hour to EB at the Great Mall in Milpitas and actually got friendly customer service.
