“This store is truly a huge community resource, uniquely serving, as i understand, not only our neighborhood but also the city of San Francisco. The store seems adequately stocked, but most importantly, their personnel - at least the individuals i was lucky to encounter - were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My order-online-pickup-at-store hit a couple of snags but they were quickly overcome with the help of associates. i will single out Michael and Many by name from the few that i interacted with. Having this store and the associates in the neighborhood is awesome.”
“I came into the shop with GPU/memory errors and I was immediately helped by a technician. I explained the issue and he listened before mentioning a potential fix and if that didn’t work what they could do.Lucky for me the fix worked and I didn’t have to pay for the repair, but their service for that is top tier, especially compared to other local computer repair shops that insist they know everything.”

“Beautiful store. Big huge glass doors open, amazing setup. However I walked in and there was no one to help me. I was there for almost 4 mins before someone walked up. The security guard smirked - just standing there and we counted only 4 apple shirts on the first floor. insane. However - someone did show up and they were great. Helped best they could - this is still a lingering issue from the first apple experience in Dallas that is still not resolved. #employeescreweditup”
