This branch has the absolute worst customer service ever the only reason I stepped foot in the branch today was because it’s very close to my workplace. I had left my atm card at home and realized I needed to get gas before my drive home. When I explained my situation to the teller ( Indian man very heavy accent) without even making eye contact he very rudely told me that he would do nothing to help me. So I calmly left and quickly drove to the bon air branch just making it by minutes before they closed and without any hesitation they helped me by just asking a few security questions and let me make a $100 withdrawal so I was able to get some gas for my commute home. Avoid the Corte Madera branch at all costs and if you ever find yourself dealing with the extremely rude philistine I’m speaking of please try to make his job as hard as possible. Because he intentionally tried to leave me stranded when he could have easily helped me out by asking a few simple security questions. He just didn’t feel like it I guess?

Absolutely terrible service. Never have been so disappointed with the level of service. They could care less to have your business.

Of all the chase banks in Marin County, I always enjoy coming to this location. Immediately, when you walk in, you are acknowledged and greeted by one of the staff. Recently, I had to see one of the advisor and Gagan was very helpful and pleased to speak to.

Location had temporary closure sign in Window. A bit annoying after checking online to see if open and no sign of closure.

This Chase bank manager is the rudest, most offensive person I have dealt with in a long time. Most of the chase people I have met are patient, explain banking policies but not this woman. I am sure she is overwhelmed with the work she has ( I hope this is the excuse) but every time I have met with her, she is aggressive and snarky. This is the wrong job for her dealing with customers. We have enough going on with the pandemic. Try a little kindness

If you're Latino, please don't choose Chase, they're racists. stick with Wellsfargo! Wish I could give zero starts, I totally regret choosing this bank since day one.

I've learned that there's racist verbal attack has occurred by teller at this branch. She is still working there. What a great customer service to tell customer to go back to where they come from! I'm very disappointed that this branch hasn't taken any action.

Customer service is completely lacking. There is a revolving door of bankers and you get a different answer every time you call. Unfortunate how bad this branch is compared to what it used to be.

Lousy level of service. Long-time (decades) Chase customer with multiple personal and corporate accounts who simply needed a straight-forward power of attorney notarized. Turned away with the explanation that the staff feared for their personal safety (what about mine?) in this time of COVID-19; they will only provide notary support if the documents are Chase documents. Not the way to serve a customer or run a business. I'm strongly considering moving my accounts (and all the fee income they generate for Chase) to a more responsive financial institution. My Chase contact at the branch went by the name of George.

Miguel O'Hara at JP Morgan / Chase bank is a wonderful financial advisor. He is patient and kind and very responsive. If you are new at investing or experienced and want advice during this time of uncertainty, he is your man. I highly recommend him.

I hate going to this branch. There is a girl name Brighette she has wired attitude. She looks up at you seeing that you are in line and then she starts to act busy makes you wait. This happened so many times until coworkers ask her to help me few times now. This is totally intentional. Then when she helps you intimidates you and asking do I have chase card when she clearly sees me pulling it out. I try to avoid this girl but seems as no other tellers. She was also rude to me couple times slams checks in front of me tells me to sign them. She is not pleasant ever or greet you. I have said hi to her and she acted as like don't talk to me I don't like you. This is not how a customer should get treated. I never had issues with chase employees as they always seem so sweet. This girl needs another career this is not for her. I really hope chase does something I have been banking there since Washington Mutual for so many years now as this branch is close to my home. Many times I keep going to other branches because of her. I would gave chase 5 star but not right now.

My dealings at the branch in Corte Madera have always gone well. I particularly appreciate working with Alfredo Vasquez. He is an excellent banker, helpful and interested in assisting financial planning. Also Miguel O'Hara, who is on top of the latest in the market -wonderful. Great staff!

Sasha Nelson in my opinion is the best Business Relationship Manager in the whole bay area and possibly the best in the nation. I live here in marin county and I have a business in Miami. The other branches in the area were terrible and would not help me set up my merchant account in Miami it was extremely difficult; But Sasha came through like a HERO! She was spectacular. She was always available and communicated with me in a timely manner. She even helped me get a hold of the branches in Miami to help my employees set-up the credit card machine which even the hotline that chase has were not able to help me. The Chase hotline system should be scraped completely and have people like Sasha take care of their clients.

The worst Chase branch I have ever set foot in. Incompetent staff, and a disinterested manager, who couldn't care less that his staff gave me a replacement ATM card linked to an account that WAS NOT MINE. That should probably be somewhat concerning. They should all lose their jobs.
