My husband and I have used Bart Welles as our mortgage broker since buying our first condo in 2004. Since then we worked with him on a re-fi and two more home purchases -- we even used him for a purchase in San Diego because we didn't want to use a different broker. We recently used Bart again and had another successful closing. Bart has always gotten us fantastic rates and made the loan application process as easy for us as possible. On our most recent purchase, we we were able to lift our financing contingency even under a shortened deadline. Our agent had not worked with Bart previously, but she commented more than once that he was doing a great job. I think the fact that we have continued to rely on Bart for almost 10 years underscores that we highly recommend his services.
