It is the worst bank for small business. This is not about the Corte Madera branch but rather the bank's overall exploitative policies. Bank's policies appear to be designed without consideration for the customers' best interests. I am disappointed by the overall experience I have encountered, and it has led me to close all of my accounts at BoA. On multiple occasions, I have faced long wait times on the phone, lack of proper resolution to my queries, and a general sense of indifference from bank's representatives. It is disheartening to invest my time in seeking assistance only to be met with frustration and a feeling of being undervalued as a customer. The lack of empathy and personalized attention has significantly diminished my confidence in the bank's commitment to its customers. Bank's policies seem to prioritize the institution's interests over those of its customers. For instance, the bank placed a two-week hold on my deposit that was merely from my BoA personal account to my BoA business account. This would force me to default on my vendor payments.These policies appear to be exploitative rather than supportive, where the bank is deliberately hiding behind the fig leaf of "fraud prevention" to earn interest on float at FED. All of this has left me feeling bewildered and unsure about the terms to which I agreed to. Clarity and transparency should be paramount in financial interactions, and it is disappointing to find that BoA policies fall short in this regard. They have just lost a 35-year of customer relationship.

I have used their outside ATMs to make deposits without any issue. Super convenient.

They have impossible hours and when they are open there is line out the door. As a student it is impossible for me to get there in time to meet with anyone or make a deposit. They closed the location near me in downtown. I am moving banks because I am sick and tired of waiting for simple customer service.

I want to thank the branch for the handling of a cash transaction disbursed to me as a non-B of A member. My response to the lobby conditions, quite frankly, were uncomfortable.The transaction had to be vetted through the proper channels. I had to wait 10-15 minutes and the current Covid restrictions made the wait one without a place to work a) in private or b) one where accommodation for seating was offered.

Never staffed enough, so the lines are at least 8 people deep at all times.
