Last week my boyfriend and I made a pit stop on the way out of town to replenish our shampoo supply. Sun, the store manger, was helpful and kind to go above and beyond our expectations. She explained the benefits of signing up with the Rewards System, being able to order/ship directly from their store with a free delivery. This is very useful for us, as we live over an hour away. Thank you, Sun, for your time and assistance! Good Customer Service is hard to find these days, so we value your efforts.

Tracy, the assistant store manager at Aveda is wonderful. She greeted me and offered me some tea. She was so helpful, very professional, friendly, sweet and very patient. It was my first time shopping there and she really explained things thoroughly. I came in there to buy my cousin something nice for her birthday and she was respectful and helped me find nice items within my budget and they also provide student discounts for 20%. She really went above and beyond and gave me some nice stuff to make the gift look more presentable, a nice bag, sleeve, ribbon, some shread. I really appreciated how she went the extra mile to make my experience more enjoyable.

I come here once or twice a year to buy a couple of hair and skin care/bath products since early 2000 when this store was across the courtyard from the current location.The staffs are always so friendly and never pressure customers. Always have items to try to smell it and try on your hands.Once I was gifted a several products by a friend, but I knew I would unlikely try certain items from the gift, so instead, I decided to bring them to this store to exchange with something I use often.I was impressed how the staffs took care of that exchange request. It made a great impression of this store & Aveda as a company.Happy to see this store still serving the local customers like me who is not frequent but still like to visit in person a couple times a year.

Tracy is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and patient in explaining the different products and also recommending product you would not have known about. She recommended altering shampoos and that has been a great tip!

I have extremely fine, extremely curly hair and it needs so much product and help to look good and stay healthy. Tracy walked me through all the products and helped me try numerous on different parts of my hair to find the right ones for my texture. What looked most amazing isn't what I would have ever guessed based on written descriptions and internet shopping never could have helped in this way. I needed to sample and I needed someone's deep knowledge of the product -- Tracy was amazing and I highly recommend going in and talking to her and trying some tester options!! Feeling like my hair now looks big & curly & dope instead of frizzy & insane. Thank you Tracy!!!

Needed a hair refresh and went into Aveda, knowing I'm usually very happy with their products. Tracy helped me and patiently answered all of my questions about each of the products and she was incredibly knowledgeable and cared about my experience there. I've been happily shopping at Aveda for several years (nearly twenty) - products for myself and gifts for birthdays and holidays. I had accrued MANY points in their system, but always too busy working to take the time for the services or the trips! Waiting for the right moment to do one of their big destination treatments. Then COVID hit. I wasn't using the products as much, being stuck at home and in no real need. I finally ran out of a product and went in to replenish, only to discover that my member account had been suspended because I hadn't bought anything during the pandemic! I was stunned! All the points I had accrued were just gone! Sun, the manager of the Aveda store in Corte Madera, was incredibly understanding and reached out to Aveda Plus Rewards to let them know that I had been a loyal customer and asked if they would reconsider. AND THEY DID! My points have been reinstated - and when the world is safe to travel, I'll be using them!! Thank you, Sun, for being such a great advocate for your clientele!! I will continue to shop at Aveda - especially the store in Corte Madera!

All my experiences with Aveda at The Village have been FANTASTIC! for many years!! Excellent customer service, friendly (they connect with their customers!) & knowledgeable staff, and they offer a well stocked store (always clean!) and, yes, I love Aveda products -- have used them for the past 12 years! I am presently away from my hometown Aveda store in Corte Madera, yet they continue to support me while I'm away by sending me phone ordered products. Besides helping me on the phone look at products online, Tracy included a beautifully hand written note on how to use the products for best results. PLUS I still get my Aveda reward points! It helps me to be able to continue a long term relationship with the store. Makes me feel closer to home! Very grateful to such a great staff at a fab store!

Just love Aveda products. Went in yesterday was hoping to use my coupon but it was already expired (because some of the products are a little pricey... ). But I love them. Fairly frequently I will get emails with coupons from Aveda so before I get my next big hall of products I'll wait. I was in yesterday and Martha was so knowledgeable of all Aveda products so she was very helpful. I'm using their products and it keeps my hair healthy , happy and manageable!

Ok, can I just say right off the bat that Sun is a ROCKSTAR! I'm not sure if she's the manager at the store or just a very conscientious rep, but whatever she is, Aveda is lucky to have her! I've used Aveda products for nearly 40 years! I can't believe I can actually say that, but it's the truth, ever since I was 19 years old. I've tried other product lines during these four decades but Aveda has been my tried & true all along, and now, I rarely go searching for other products at all. I even used to work for Aveda (at this same Corte Madera location) for a few years because I LOVE their products SO much! Anyway, I now live at the Mendocino Coast where there is no Aveda store, so I phone in my orders to the store itself (rather than online) and I've enjoyed nothing but superior service from it's staff, and especially from Sun! I've had a few issues (like products being delivered to an old address) and Sun has gone to the lengths of researching the issue and rectifying it as quickly as possible. In days like this where good customer service is a rarity, and interacting with a human is becoming more rare, this interaction is prized more than ever! It's essential we can still connect with each other, as humans, and as valuable contributors to our society, and online shopping with zero human interaction does everything to counter this. Online shopping is convenient, but it's way more satisfying to have a "personal shopper" looking out for you at your FAV store. I will continue to phone in my order, even though it takes a little more time, so I can enjoy shared passion for the items I'm purchasing, and also so I can give this individual store my business. They have GOALS to meet, you know? Take it from one who's been there. Thanks Sun! You really do brighten up my day! Cheesy I know, but it's TRUE! Pam Bell Aveda lover since 1981
