Amazing pool and aquatics staff. Selfishly, I would love for pool to open earlier like most Navy pools at an hour after regular gym opening time. But love y'all!

Good gym for active duty/DoD personel it does get packed pretty quick through out the day but if you make a plan sort of you can accomplish your workouts....

Nice gym, but compared to the rest of it the parent/child portion of it is so disappointing. For those parents what it's like its similar to that of hotel gym with areas sectioned off for the kids. You should bring your own toys to keep them busy as the play area is bare bones. I imagine if there are more than 4 parents in this room, your workout would be pointless cause there is minimal equipment.

Fantastic museum to see a variety of aircrafts (i.e.: A-12)! It’s the only museum that has a paired M-21/D-21. There are aircraft depicting from the inception of aviation (i.e.: Write Bros), WWI, WWII, stealth, competition, spaceship, land rovers, satélites, to a retired Air Force 1.Next stop on my quest to see another A12: National Museum of The U.S. Air Force.

Wow! One of the nicest, cleanest, massive gym I have seen. Especially appreciate that it encourages families with small children to work out since they have a parent/child work out area.

There are plenty of squat racks and deadlift platforms but make no mistake you will be waiting in line for everything else. The hours need to be extended do to the fact it stays packed from open to close!!

Pros: 7 squat racks, 3 deadlift platforms, over 15 benches, dumbbells up to 130, a pool, pit shark machine. Most every machine you'd want.Cons: there should be more mirrors. It is strange not to have them in prime locations. The hours aren't bad but could be better. Maybe it's the Chick-fil-A effect; I always want to lift late on weekends when they are closed.

Gym isn’t terrible but the hours are a bit off. Doesn’t work well for this on night shift. The pool hours are outrageous. They do not work well for the 3 carriers in port here. Not opening until 6:30 when the ships starts around 7:00 and closing at 4:30 when the ships get off around 4:00

I'd been going to this gym for a few weeks before leaving on deployment...the facilities are nice(especially for a base gym) but when I came back, they had a new dress code that read "no racerback or stringer Ts"...super disappointing. Not sure what the issue is with tank tops generally, but the ban specifically for cuts particular to 99% of women's tank tops...I'm speechless. Been going to base gyms my whole life as a Navy brat and now AD and never seen a ban on tank tops like this...

Decent gym. Could use more equipment I find myself waiting for a particular area or machine to open up way too often. The hours are bad. They open late and close early. Even worse on weekends. No love for night shift. Why can’t we have the Air Force standard 24/7 gym.

Very nice gym, locker rooms are humid tho, some mold... Beside that, the gym - lifting area is very clean.

It's great but needs another gym nearby due to the number of patrons being too much

WOMEN MUST COVER!!!!!!!! Males can wear tank tops but females can't. Males can wear short shorts, and sleevless shirts. Females can't. There were other women with less than me. I was over heating and sitting down when I was approached the second time. I was not allowed to cool off. Would not recommend here.

Went there to swim. Liked it. Might go back when I'm on the island again.
