The staff at this UPS Store location has been extremely kind and helpful during a long-distance mailbox set up. These stores are notoriously BUSY all the time and they made time to help my wife and I over the phone. Big props to the team here.

Ezra was incredibly helpful in shipping a hodge podge of items back home. The shipping prices on the island are expensive and Ezra helped us cut the costs and the box to cut our shipping price by $30. She went above and beyond and was sweet and funny while doing it! See her, she's fabulous.

The owner of this store is actually the worst employee. I was waiting in line and the owner was rolling his eyes at a lady who was going a few what appeared ti be Amazon returns and there was some confusion about what code went with what package. He was staring and rolling his eyes. The employee helping her was however nice. I was next in line and the owner told me my box wasn't acceptable. The box a company used to send my something that I was then using to return was not acceptable. I questioned this as this was the box the company used and I had ANOTHER return this same way a week ago ! He wanted to sell me a box. Lol. Pure comedy. He doesn't want to do his job he wants to make more more money. His attitude is terrible.

Improperly packed large jars (47 oz). Did not use enough packing material to ensure proper security while in transit. Compounding the problem is that UPS website directs that a file be claimed with the store, but they will not answer the phone. I'm out ~$50 of a purchased product with no ability to file a claim. RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT SHIPPER.

My buddy was expecting a package so took him here to pick it up. Waited 40min in a line that went out the door because there's only one guy working the counter. My friend gave him his PO box slip and the guy, after searching for it, said there's no packages for that PO box."Why would there be a slip saying there was a package of there wasn't one," I asked.He checked again and came back saying there's no package.This place is a joke.

I went to pick up a package with my shipment notification it had arrived at their store and signed by Derek. I was told it wasn't there, would not look at the tracking number. He was extremely rude. I said I would come back later. He said don't come back because they didn't have it. Guess what? UPS had to pick it up and bring it to my house... yes, Derek, it was there.

This is based on my experience on November 8, 2022 at 530pm. The women working was on her phone when I got in line the guy was helping another customer. As I was waiting in line a man abruptly came in and asked basically everyone in the store if they'd seen his ballot. Everyone said no and he was gone as fast as he came in.The customer the other worker was helping kind of pointed me out to the woman as if to say "she's been waiting" and she looked it him like he had a horn on his head. She stood there doing nothing for about 2 min before letting me know she could help me on the other side. She took my Amazon return and then I asked her about the international paperwork that they're supposed to take from customers and put on the side of the box and she shrugged her shoulders SO HARD and said "I don't know I guess just tape it on the side of the box" like her body language was loud and clear "I DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING AND IM NOT LIFTING A FINGER IF I DONT HAVE TO" I proceeded to tell her that at other ups stores they put a plastic cover over the papers and put it in the box and she got defensive and said that's only if we do it in store but okay and pulled one out of the drawer. And then gave me my receipt and stood there.... I waited for her to do her job and she hesitated like she needed to get back to her phone but I said "I just want to make sure these papers get shipped with this package because this is going to Canada" and she totally shrugged me off in the most rude way possible as she slowly did her job like it was the worst possible inconvenience for her to have to do. I didn't get her name but I mentioned here the date and time she was working so hopefully management can figure it out... unless this woman was just having an off day, she should not be working here. I'm pretty sure she's newer because I had never seen her in this location before.
