I will always prefer this local, friendly pharmacy to the big chain stores. The people are so caring and kind. They communicate with you, greet you by name and are very efficient. In particular I would like to give a shout out to Meredith who was instrumental in making sure I got my medication when all others had failed. There was some mix/up with a pre- authorization and my insurance. I had been waiting for more than a week for it to be straightened out. I was in pain. Meredith took my cause on and saw it through to the end. She made several (many) calls on my behalf, checked other pharmacies, told me about GoodRx.Com and finally was able to get my prescription filled. She went way above and beyond! She was determined to solve my problem. She is an amazing human and employee! Thank you Meredith!!!

I had the worst experience at this pharmacy trying to get a Covid-19 booster. My appointment was scheduled 2 weeks prior and I received a confirmation email stating I should bring identification and my health insurance card if I have one. Nowhere in the email did it state to bring the Covid-19 vaccine card. I arrived in plenty of time for my appointment and presented my ID and insurance card. The young lady refused to administer the vaccine if I could not show her my vaccine card. I told her I had received 2 vaccines and 2 boosters at Rite-Aid. I could call them and have them verify my vaccinations. She insisted she had to see the card. I cannot imagine a less patient-oriented attitude. I am sure plenty of other people have lost track of this card especially if they received their vaccines almost a year ago. Patients should be told ahead of time everything they need to bring. Finally, I found the card attached to an old email and was able to get the booster. Otherwise, booster could have been delayed weeks and require a repeat trip.Once I got the booster, I searched for the email confirming my appointment and showed the young lady that there was no mention of the vaccine card so the requirement was her "policy" not a requirement of the CDC to get a booster. And come to find out, I could have accessed my Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record online on the State of California website if she had just pointed that out to me. What a nasty and unpleasant experience this was! It could have been easily avoided with a little communication from the pharmacy ahead of time, but obviously, they don't care.

This pharmacy is phenomenal! Such superior service- they even answer the phone quickly. All of the staff went out of their way to help us get several prescriptions transferred from another state. They were so friendly and helpful! So highly recommend Sharp Coronado Pharmacy!

In all my years of travel, this is the best travel clinic I have been to! I found out that I had to travel overseas last minute and while this place usually requires 48 hour notice, they helped me out and made it possible to see me the next day. Marwah was so kind and informative. I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes with everything I needed for my trip. Very grateful to Marwah and her team for helping me in a pinch. Highly recommend!

This is a pharmacy certified for travel health. I did a lot of research before selecting this travel clinic. The price of the consult is similar to other clinics. The price of the medications, supplies and vaccines is much lower. I saved at least $100. The consultation was amazingly comprehensive. I listed multiple cites and countries for a 3 month trip and they researched every stop and explained their recommendation to me. They covered everything, both prevention and treatment. Malaria, diarrhea, bedbugs, motion sickness, altitude sickness, mosquitos, hepatitis, etc. The consult was at least 45 minutes. They also did research from my questionnaire before I came in. They researched my healthcare coverage and found things that are paid by my insurance. That is the advantage of using a pharmacy instead of a Doctors office. My daughter went to a well know physician run travel clinic in San Diego and they tried to sell her Japanese encephalitis vaccine for $800! It was not needed in her case.
