She listened to me and my situation then offered me units that were side by side within walking distance from a lift which would help greatly for all my stuff! On top of that, she helped me get the discount available for service members, showed me the property, explained the security, hours of operation, front office hours, and showed me the carts available to help me with move in or out. She did a fantastic job explaining everything to me, pro rated my first month, and gave me a promo fee for first move in. I'm looking forward to storing my items at StaxUp San Ysidro for the next year!”
