Perfect experience! After booking an international trip today I realized my passport had expired. I scrambled to get the renewal going, printed my forms, and came here to get the photos taken. The woman working was very knowledgeable about the entire passport process. She took the photo (and it's actually a good photo) and ensured I had all my ducks in a row with everything else -- details and timeline of expediting, costs of doing so, where to mail it, what to expect, and so forth. She printed the mailing label, checked my forms, packaged everything for Priority Mail, and took care of everything, and I have the peace of mind knowing it was all done correctly. Thank you!

This Postal Annex is under new management and you can tell. I came here to ship a package and staff was very knowledgeable, respectful and nice. They know their stuff and shipping my package was so easy. The store looks clean and welcoming. Very friendly staff, coming back here again for sure!

Thrilled, they had packaging for my vacation gifts for my family, had a variety of cards to choose from, great price & tracking provided. They were very helpful & pleasant. Very pleased with this easy, one stop transaction & so happy I don’t have to overload my suitcase with gifts for the trip home.

Stopped by the Postal Annex to get my passport taken care of. Blanca was extremely helpful, she knows the process inside and out and went the extra mile to make sure that the pictures where edited to the correct specifications and that they looked good! She also went through the paperwork meticulously and helped to get it all processed and sent off. Definitely stop by and see Blanca if you have any postal needs but especially if you are working towards a passport!
