It takes an hour for what should be 5 minutes because they have only 2 people working and 2 systems running. Did they have to cut costs? “For the two years I’ve come here, the team has been exceptional; I live a few blocks away, so it is very convenient to have this USPS here. The team here goes above and beyond; Carlos is one of the kindest employees, and his professionalism and kindness make you feel like you shouldn’t go to any other USPS but this one. For the two years I’ve shipped items from here, I have never had an issue or a return; as mentioned above, this whole team truly knows what they are doing.
Whenever I go to UPS and FedEx, I always get overcharged for small things, but at USPS, you definitely get better value and customer service.

“The staff was very kind! I went in today for a passport renewal as a walk-in. They assisted me through the process and were very patient. Although I didn't catch their names, there were two incredibly kind ladies and a super kind man who helped me with buying shipping supplies and explaining the expenses. I was nervous walking in assuming a bad experience but I completely overestimated the place :) Thank you.”

This post office is an important part of our community. Please don't give it a bad rating simply because you have to wait in line one day or have a single bad experience - do you have so little life experience and compassion not to understand that this happens? “I love the staff that is on this post office lobby. On the other hand most of the delivery workers are in another level of laziness. I was supposed to get a package yesterday it wasn’t delivered because it was to heavy (20 pounds) so I came to the post office to pick it up and they told me that it wasn’t here that it was out for delivery again today so I waited outside of my home so when I saw the mailman I ask him for my package then I asked him why didn’t he left it yesterday he replied “ yesterday was my day off my supervisor covered my route” so yeah complaining to a supervisor won’t make a difference because they are also lazy”

“I had the best experience at Grantville post office in San Diego, CA. My package had the 5 digits wrong on the order and it was coming from Canada.So an international package. I called Canada postal service to see if a correction could be made. I also got a hold of the company to let them know the 5 digits were incorrect. They tried to intervene but of no avail. 1800 USPS gave me some great info on how to go about to retrieve this package. Once I knew the package said “out for delivery”, that was my cue to go down to the Grantville post office and the manager then looked all over the facility and made workers aware of this package having the wrong 5 digits. Low and behold the pack was there and in the pacel bag of my carrier, since he was familiar with my name and correct address.I am very grateful to all who went out of their way to get this package to me.”
“Very agile and fast procedures as long as you bring an appointment. It is highly recommended to go with an appointment. You do not need to arrive more than 5 minutes early.”

“I had no issues. I went there at opening and there was only one person ahead of me. I had two packages to ship. Nice worker told me I can always grab free boxes if I sell anything more from Poshmark as long as it's under 5 pounds. Super quick service.”

After arriving home, I realized I'd left it. The post office was already closed for the weekend, but when I went around the back and called for help, George came out.
