I have been coming to Plush for a while now. The service is impressive; they will know your name and preferences. They are always smiling and kind, making you feel welcome and important. I like they have many different colors. I always leave happy.

Popular locale but they can always fit you in.
Very nice people, good experience. Reasonable prices.
Cleanliness: This is a great shop! Skilled operators, clean pleasant surroundings. You can have a manicure & pedicure at the same time.

We were quoted a different price when service getting done and then at register.
This was our first time in the salon and will be the last.
My wife and I both received a massage. I was supposed to get a basic pedicure with callus removal and a massage. Total was supposed to be $53 for the $30 basic and $8 callus treatment and $15 for extra massage. She told us was a total of $68 which if you do basic Math. That’s not mathing. My wife was a coconut pedicure with gel for a total of how did you guess $68.
We had to tell them multiple times they were being too rough (Rosa).
The application of the polish itself was thick and uneven. We are not happy with the service at all.

Linh was amazing! Amazing service for my pedicure. I am not sure who did my eyebrows but she did great aswell.

JFKF 4EVER... Jimmy did an amazing job on my custom manicure for my sister's wedding! The color match is perfect for my MOH dress TYSM! The bride loves my nails and I'm looking forward to her special day.

Would come back anytime. The ladies are so nice, it’s clean, quiet, very relaxing inside. They also did a magnificent job on everyone’s nails.

So bumped out because the nail techs are so nice, and make us feel welcome. But not even two days with my gel manicure, and one of my nails is already chipping. Keep in mind I use gloves when cleaning around the house.

Just had a wonderful mani pedi this morning. I opted for the new organic coconut pedi. Very relaxing and moisturizing. Would highly recommend. Lihn and Rosa do wonderful work

I have been getting Brazilian waxes for over 10 years, so I am used to quite a bit. I went for one here at Plush and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had! There are times you have to hold a little to help out, but this technician was pulling and shopping my hands in fingers into place and went over the same spots over and over again. When she was "finished" there were still many many hairs left which she plucked out manually. Not to mention that she didn't wear any gloves throughout the event! And, here's the worst part, I was actually bleeding from it afterwards!! Never again! Worst experience EVER!
