  I basically had a shoe emergency and needed comfortable shoes to wear to a formal wedding that night. The staff at the store was extremely helpful, bringing out a bunch of different options for me to try on that would match my dress. All of the pairs were comfortable but I went with the most formal because of the occasion. Wore them for 8 hours and was remarkedly comfortable. Definitely interested in the more casual sandals as well!

  Huge thanks to Ella for her customer service today. I needed to get a new pair of shoes and popped into another shoe store on orange Ave and was completely ignored. I went into CSC and Ella was very helpful and friendly. I got some cute shoes to boot! Will definitely be back.

  Kathy alway very pleasant on the phone and in person. Very patient, pleasant, goes the extra mile and follows up. Great value for quality foot ware.

  Worst customer service. Like almost all shops in Coronado- it doesn't matter if you spend $2k up or $2- worst customer service. Multiple times - the gal has zero customers yet tell me to grab the other size in dress- plus she wanted me to walk to her STINKY DRESSING ROOM! No. Bye

  I was in the Naples store last week. The employee was extremely rude and was not about to get off her chair to help me. I am a nice person that has owned two retail businesses before retiring.

  Loved this store. Visiting from Canada.Beautiful shoes and boots. Bought a pair of boots. Always get asked where I got them.

  I really love this location because the sales associates here don't try to push shoes on you that you don't like like the location in Coronado. If they're out of a shoe, the sales associates will go out of their way to track it down for you. Even the phone customer service is excellent with this shoe brand, so because of this, I'm a loyal customer. They have super cute shoes in a variety of styles, they're comfortable and made for walking, and you can put them in a washing machine to clean them rather than taking them to a cobbler to steam clean. Love this location and love the company.

  Super fun store and fabulous employees. My husband and I bought matching shoes - what fun! Really comfortable……will stop again on the next visit to Coronado, make sure to put it on your list of places to go you won’t be disappointed.

  First time visiting this company. Amazing shoes and amazing service. This was all due to Sarah! She made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. There was endless amounts of options and colors, which can make shopping stressful. But she grabbed every size and color we wanted to try, and even suggested colors that would look good on us! It was like having a personal shopper! And if there wasn't a shoe in stock, we could try on a different color and she could custom order the exact pair we want, with no extra charge. Amazing service will make a returning customer! I will be back to see Miss Sarah and have her pick out my next look!

  I had a great experience at Charleston Shoe Co. today. I wear size 11 or 12, and I have a hard time finding cute shoes in my size. To save myself time and trouble, the first question I ask when I walk into a shoe store I've not visited before is whether they carry larger sizes. I was very pleasantly surprised to hear a resounding "Yes, of course!" Sarah, who was friendly and very helpful, brought out not just one pair of the obligatory size 11 some stores keep (which is usually more sturdy than cute), but 5 pairs of super cute sandals for me to try. She talked to me about her experience with the shoes (she was wearing one of the styles she brought out for me to try), which ones were her favorites, suggestions for styles and colors, all of which was very casual and not at all pressured or sales-y. I was a bit worried that the elastic straps would be binding, but the shoes are quite comfortable. I bought two pairs, which they are shipping to my home for free, so I don't have to try to squash them into my suitcase for the plane ride home. I'm so happy with my purchases, but I really wouldn't have given the shoes much of a try, let alone found two pairs, if not for Sarah making it a fun and friendly experience. One other thing: these are not inexpensive shoes, so don't go in looking for some cheap semi-disposable beach shoes. The comfort of my feet is too important to me, so I expect to pay a bit more for comfortable shoes I like.

  Stopped in recently when we were visiting in Coronado. I had heard that the shoes were very comfortable. I have a hip issue so I was intrigued to try them. They are EXTREMELY comfortable and supportive! In addition, Jordana was incredibly helpful on helping me size the shoes correctly based on the design. She spent a lot of time with me deciding just the right shoe that would provide the most support for my hip. The only sad thing is that I now am back in Michigan and need to wait for warm weather before I can wear my new shoes! I will definitely buy more!

  Really enjoy the interviews of our Coronado neighbors. As a limited mobility individual, your topics keep me up to date with Coronado events...I feel like “I was there” after reading some of the reporters accounts. Always look forward to dining reviews, new theatre productions and books. You are very current with “What is Coronado”. Thank you.
