She supported us in rescheduling 2 times due to escrow delays and when we reached out for the final closing window, we had less than 24 hours, due to another lender snafu. She was gracious and pulled through last minute! The papers came by fedex at noon and she was at our home by 5! She makes the process smooth, calm and reassuring.
