This place is crap, I was referred here for my 1971 Monte Carlo. Rear power windows motor and wills to get replaced. I was quoted a price of 320 to 375 a week later. Javier calls me and tells me that he's been trying to get ahold of me for a couple of days, which is straight b.s. Come to find out now. He wants to charge me $200 more for the same job. I tell them I aint going to pay for it. And I will pick up my vehicle. What do I owe him? He tells me $75 . Just so his worker can get some gas money. Go to pick up the car and the guy at the reception desk. Tells me I owe now $90. I told him of the conversation the previous day. And he Said that's what have you put on the work order? And the $550 just for labor for the 2 back windows. I was supplying all of the parts. So what does being said I would not be referring anybody there. And I would be doing the opposite of telling people please not to go there. As well as the shop that referred me to him !!

TL;DR Super efficient, great pricing, customer-centric. No complaints.
Came in for a faulty window that wouldn't go up, but was looking for a cheap, 'quick-fix' option at the time. The lady who helped me out (regret not getting her name) was totally understanding and didn't push a more expensive solution. Fixed in under 30 minutes and they even discounted my invoice since it wasn't as much trouble for the technician. Very impressed and grateful for the integrity and professionalism, will be using them in the future.

Service provided: Catalytic Converter replacementOutcome: wrong part installedCheck engine light comes on, I take it back after some time. Argues about it being the right part (Santiago, not Javier the owner), turns out it gets replaced by warranty and I have an OEM on now! Thankful for the warranty.Service requested: replace spark plugsOutcome: paid for 4 spark plugs, 0 new ones installed.How do I know? Went right to another mechanic to get my cylinder worked on, opens everything up in front of me and shows me the old parts.Called Javier, said everything was done and that he has pictures. Don't know what the angle is here, or who messed up, just know it wasn't me.Clearly Santiago and Javier aren't communicating properly. I'm a teacher and don't have time to figure out which one is lying, but long story short, something went wrong and they seem to believe it's my fault.Leaving this review so others know to be careful.

This is the 2nd Challenger ScatPack I have had them do a mid muffler delete on. Great quality of work, never had an issue. We discussed all options for what I wanted and they didn't sell me on the most expensive option. Thanks Guys!

The entire experience was fantastic, from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I drove away in my newly transformed truck.The customer service at Z Performance was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They listened to my needs and wants, and provided me with several options to choose from, explaining the pros and cons of each so that I could make an informed decision.But the real star of the show was the muffler delete that Z Performance installed on my truck. It was clear that they put their own little twist on the installation, as the sound was unlike anything I had ever heard before. My truck now had a deep, throaty roar that turned heads everywhere I went.The best part of the entire experience was the price. Despite the amazing quality of the work and the exceptional customer service, the price was incredibly affordable. I couldn't believe the value that I received for the price that I paid.Overall, I would highly recommend Z Performance to anyone looking for an auto mechanic who knows their stuff and can deliver an amazing product with exceptional customer service. They truly went above and beyond to make my truck sound so cool, and I can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication.

Catalytic converter was stolen and had it replaced here. It lasted just over a year so was out of warranty and we had to pay for it again. Just doesn't seem right to me.
