“Great place to shop I just think it's some of the people that shop there are very rude. I saw a woman today with her mouth full of free samples asking a Costco employee a question and food was falling out of her fat face. People keep walking down the aisle side by side so that nobody can get through. I see people picking fruit out of the containers and replacing them or adding more fruit to them it's just ridiculous. I also see people stealing bags from the meat department and putting them in their purse. The class of people going to the store has really gotten bad. Even the food court people don't even clean out the table after they eat pigs. I don't blame the Costco employees it's just the people nowadays going to that store are very low class with no etiquette.”

“Store isn't too bad to get in and out of and is generally well kept. Gas station only has one pump per lane and takes quite a while to get through.

Not holding my breath on Sam's taking any meaningful action. I reported a serious concern about the Ontario, CA pharmacy and it was all talk and zero follow through.”

“I love the food. I’d recommend to try everything at least once to those that are open to doing that. Service is always respectful and professional. Though I rate the service 4 out of 5 stars at this location because it’s not just once that the tables are dirty. The floor too. The atmosphere I rate 3 out of 5 stars because it’s not clean I seriously saw people cleaning their own table before that sat down on it.

Vegetarian options: There’s cheese pizza. Ice cream. Pretzels.

Parking: D.p. Parking and free parking

Kid-friendliness: Kids are always brought along. I always see kids eating their enjoying the food. Especially the icees or ice cream. I’ve noticed the seats are like designed for all ages.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have parking in front of the store for those that need easier accessibility to the store. You need to have a state D.P. Placar or a dp license plate to park there.”

“I love Sam's Club! I find I go here more often than their competitor and I think their prices are lower than their competitor. I love their varieties of products and they have all products in stock. Their scan and go options is also great for times where I just have to get going and the lines are long. I also use their pick up service and I absolutely love that! I place my order through the app, pick a date/time for pick up and when it's time, just go park in one of the spots, let them know I am here, and 5 minutes later they come out and bring me my items! So convenient! I don't love their return policy though. If you return food items, they give you a scolding and let you know they have to throw the items away...that's not my fault, that's your companies policy. I would love for you to recycle/donate/do something else other than throw the food items away. I wasn't expecting to be scolded for returning items two days after I purchased it. I don't get this speech when I return food items at their competitor. So at least I know for next time.”

“My review is for Martin in the Tire & Battery center. His customer service skills are phenomenal. Had a minor set back, but Martin genuinely worked to correct someone else's oversight. Accidents and lack of communication happen and Martin saw it to the end to resolve it. I appreciate his effort and hope that he is rewarded for his great customer service and professionalism.”
