Took 22 minutes to do a simple exchange for exact item transaction (when I had new one and return items already in my cart before getting in line). Only one cashier working returns. AtMy prompting she requested help from a manager. After 11 minutes I found manager, explained there are 7 people in line and only one cashier who had been helping the same customer since I got in line. Manager (Regina I believe) stated there was nothing she could do and I should just be patient.

It's not a good experience shopping here or returning a product. They do not answer the phone and they don't care about customer service. Save yourself from a poorly managed store. Shop some where else.

Commenting on a big box store is pointless, but this ridiculousness tonight needs to be stated. Been shopping at this location since 2010. Tonight I spent half an hour walking around shopping loading up my cart. Asked an employee where the hand sanitizer was since they recently moved all health and cleaning items to the back of the store in a new layout; they pointed me to the wrong aisle. So I left my cart there and walked around to the other side where I found it. Came back and my cart is gone. I asked the employee if they saw someone take my cart, he said "oh, if you left it right there we probably took it." So I said, is it in the front now or where would you guys have taken it? He said he had no idea. So I walked to the front and talked to another guy that was equally as clueless. WORST customer service ever. Waste of my time, left with nothing since they wanna take my loaded cart somewhere else. Going to Target from now on.

Jerry (manager) from automotive you need to be trained on how to treat customers and how to use the register system don't be shy to ask for help. I wanted to buy a battery with affirm and he right away told me it won't work. I had to force him to scan it to see and then he told me that it didn't work. So I ask him send me to the customer service and have them do it. He said "it's not going to work but if u want to go I'm going to send the battery over there" I completed my purchase at customer service with the affirm so clearly jerry was to lazy to do his work correctly Also don't be rude to your co-workers Here's a one star rating for your store thanks to jerry

Went to the Corona Walmart on Ontario. Because the oil change price was 44.99 for an oil change. When they came over to write me up. The kid said sorry we are out of that. It will be 81.11. So I asked for the manager.and victor comes out with a passed off look, telling me how it not thier fault. I asked if there was any thing he could do to compensate for the lack of stock. He said nope and walked away. Then the said are going somewhere else? Very poor customer service. They were more than the dealer by 20.00. Never go there!

Worst customer service ever.I walked into the store to order cupcakes for my sons 3rd birthday and was told they would send me confirmation of the order by text the next day, they never did it. So I decided to call somewhere else to get them done. Fast forward a week or two and I get confirmation, so I decide I want to call and cancel, and no one answers the phone, it actually never rings when you press bakery, it just hangs up, so i call another department and the guy says I don't know have the extension sorry and hangs up, I am again trying to call and no one is answering any lines.At this point I'm leaving the cupcakes there. Don't care if they waste their time and supply.

My 88 year old mom shops here and the only reason they get 2 stars is because her last trip the checker helped her bag her items so that person gets 5 stars, normally they never offer help, my mom tries to bring her own bags but they won't help her so she pays for bags and sometimes she gets help. Her last visit she had all her items on the conveyer belt and they closed the checkstand and made her re cart her items and go elsewhere to check out again with no help bagging. This treatment of any customer, especially an 88 year old is reprehensible.

I understand the need to lock up things due to theft but if you're going to add more things to that list that needs to be locked up you need to give more people keys! It's hard enough to get an associate to unlock a case at this store but when you start adding more and more things that are locked up it's ridiculous. I waited 27 minutes just to have someone unlock the detergent. I asked four different associates and each one said they didn't have keys and not one decided to help me find someone who did they just brushed me off and told me to keep hitting the button. Waited so long that by the time someone came there were five of us waiting to get into these cases! Horrible customer service!!! If I could give them no stars I would.

Never go here! There are Walmart employees everywhere, but no one is going to help you or even bother smiling towards you. I went here to get fishing licenses and you have to be helped in the Sporting Goods area, so I pressed the button on the counter that says "push here for assistance". No one came. Pressed it 147 more times and even held it down, no one came. Found an employee by the bicycles and asked if there was anyone in SG's for a fishing license and I kid you not his response was "no." Just no. Not can I help you with anything? What do you need? Nothing. Just no and then he walked away. I laughed and went back to pressing the button. Finally I found someone who helped me and she got me through the process quick and finally out the door. Never ever again. Oh! And yes the billion dollar corporation asks you at the self check out if you want to donate $1 to help whatever charity. Why don't you donate $1 million Walmart??
