If you want to get treated like absolute shit, this is the best place to go! The customer service area has employees that brain cells equal their pay grade. Spoke to a manager who gave the same stupid response as their incompetent staff. Clearly all these 1 star reviews fall on deaf ears which is fine, it just reiterates the shit job you all do here

Theres no reason to even try to come here. ESPECIALLY if you need something thats locked up, no one will come to help you. You're better off waiting for amazon to ship things to you. Thanks to the announcer tho, she announced that i needed help 30 times. Still no one came. Good luck

This supercenter Is horrible. I was harassed and racially profiled by April and Effie who aggressively came taking items that were paid for out of my bag all due to the fact that she is unable to read. I will be suing Walmart as they stood over me and they were very aggressive. April.already has complaints online and is allegedly a Kanager. I called Wal-Mart corporate and I will be contacting a lawyer.

Everytime I come to this store I leave wondering why I decided to even go. Customer service here is awful. Expect to be treated like you're a major inconvenience if you need help from an employee. That is after you've waited upwards of 15 minutes to have one come and assist you in the first place.

All things considered, this Walmart location is pretty decent. I consistently find most of their staff friendly and helpful. Even their return/customer service line isn't extremely bad. Inside store is adequately clean. Parking lot however needs some major maintenance work with dirty, broken, faded concrete. My biggest gripe with this Walmart is actually not the store but some of other customers who live up to the ghetto Walmart shopper stereotype of leaving trash in the shopping cart and in the parking lot. It's infuriating that people choose to do this with their little ones around, setting such poor example for the future generations. While this issue is not just exclusive to this particular location, some are better and some are worse. I'd say this store is slight below or around average.

The new reality at Walmart and other stores. More and more stuff is being locked up. I recently wanted to purchase some eyedrops. They were in a locked case, so I pressed the Assist Button several times but nobody came during the 30 minutes I waited. I finally called the store and a somewhat stressed manager came and explained that there is only one person that has the key to these locked cases. Oh well, good bye Walmart and hello Amazon.

This Walmart store continually sells expired goods that are simply not marketable. Specifically, this store continually sells out-of-date milk and bread. These are basic staples that affect all shoppers. Though this has been brought to the attention of store management the problem continues unabated. This reflects poorly not only on the store manager and management team but on Walmart as a whole. This store continues to decline in the level of service and action needs to be taken including replacement of the current store manager. Enough is enough.

Whatever you do don't ask managers to look up an item if it's in stock for collectibles. I approached a manager politely and when I asked he literally laughed at me and said no. He said a small remark about it might be out already blah blah. Well I said it was not and walked away. So I decided to ask another worker in self check out and she had no problem checking for me!! Scanned the barcode I had provided and everything and was able to say if it was in stock or not. I literally went up to the other manager that he was with and told him "another worker was able to help me no problem, I don't understand why he couldn't help me and laughed at me. He was rude" all he said was sorry and that he'll talk to him. But as a former Walmart associate we know how that goes. Everyone just hates there job there and don't respect shoppers. Be better.

IF you have emplyees hanging up on you, dont want to give their names and just plain rude, this is how your brand become tanished as well. Manager called and said that she would special order some cases of product and I've have not heard back. I am through, Amazon for special order items for cheeper and free deliver and Costco for rewards payback and Winco for cheaper prices!

One of the best places to go to if you want to get treated like sick. Places a curbside order because I had Covid and didn't wanted to give anyone else. But these people are so unorganized that I had to wait 45 mins for my order even tho I got notification that's my order was ready 2 hours ago, I understand sometimes you are under staff and busy but how can you justify 45 minute wait time.

Poor management! There is never any good order when it comes to checking out. Very few cashiers. The scan & Go lanes are always closed.

This rating is for the Auto Care department. I had some tires installed this morning that I had bought on Walmart's website. I arrived on time for my appointment and figured I would grab a couple things inside while they got started. Unfortunately, they didn't get to my truck until about an hour and twenty minutes after my appointment time. I had expected to be out the door by that time. However, I was very happy with the level of service provided by Josh. I believe he may be the manager of the department. He did a fantastic job on the installation and double checked his work. The wheels on my F150 are notorious for the chrome finish flaking around the edge of the rim during tire installation, so I was sort of expecting a few little dings, but there wasn't a single mark. It's rare to see someone double check lug nut torque, so I was very pleased to see him do so. He was definitely moving the fastest out of everyone working out there trying to get things caught up for the day. Thanks again, Josh.

Women and men of the beauty community: please be aware that this location closes the ENTIRE cosmetic section every night at 10 PM; an hour before the store closes! I wanted to take a second and post this review because it's important for my people to know since not only does this store not have the courtesy inform its customers but it is the ONLY store I've ever been to with this weird ass ridiculous rule. I recently lost a loved one and was experiencing extreme grief. Although last minute, the night before the funeral I looked in the mirror and realized I was in desperate need of any and all waterproof make-up I can get my hands on. It was 10:05pm and most stores close at 10 PM. After confirming that luckily Walmart closes at 11 PM, I made my 5 minute drive over to the store. Rushing through the door at no later than 10:12 PM having 48 minutes until official closing I rushed over to the makeup section. It was then that I felt my already exhausted and depressed heart sink to the floor. For some God awful reason the ENTIRE cosmetic section was roped off preventing customers from entering. In a panic I found the nearest associate who rudely informed me with a nasty tone in her voice that the make up section closes EVERY NIGHT at 10 PM. In complete desperation I pulled up the online list showing all departments and their closure times- the cosmetic section was not included. I showed the associate and literally begged her, asking for 5 minutes of entry so I could 'at least get some waterproof mascara and eyeliner for tomorrow morning's funeral in which I have a front row seat' and she very coldly shrugged and told me to go to Walgreens or CVS.
