Walmart online double charged my credit card. Walmart would not listen. Supervisor even declined to speak with me. I reported the double charge to my card as FRAUD. Worst customer service ever. Attorney General and Justice Department need to review Walmart practice of double charging customers for orders. Has anyone else experienced this double charge or other unapproved charges to your credit card?

Yesterday was the first time in years that I went to Walmart to return something and I was treated respectfully. The only bad thing about my experience is I didn't get the girls name who helped me . She was kind and helped me in a very professional manner . She jumped right in to help her coworker who had a line stacking up almost to the door and she was pleasant and extremely sweet. Anyways my full intention was to write my review in hopes this girl would get acknowledged for her wonderful and extremely patient work skills but unfortunately I can't find the paper that I wrote her name on. So if anything I would just like to thank wall mat of McKinley in corona for hiring such a great employee.

The way they operate their customer service desk is contrary to purpose (SERVICE) there is always 1-2 overwhelmed workers and a long line. And then to top it off, you can't pick a time of day where customer traffic is light because that's when the the service desk is closed

Waited 45 minutes in the return line because only one person was working and she was training someone. Over 20 people in line and many left. They didn't even bother asking for help. Several people left to request someone else Come and help but nobody showed up. No sense of urgency. Other stores separate returns and money services. Why not here. Ridiculous

Don't come here they don't never have nothing. They got so many workers but they all disappear when you need them. They have alot of line but only seem to open two at a time self check barely work. Overall just go to target.

Richard at the Deli!! I cannot thank you enough for such a superb job!! I called to place an order for sandwiches and it was already the afternoon. Richard answered the call and was enthusiastic professional and extremely helpful. He provided the different options of sandwiches meats and sides. I didn't even know what I wanted exactly and he patiently worked with me through ordering what I needed. I told Richard I'd confirm and call back and I totally forgot. Richard called me back to confirm if I still wanted to place the order and boy what a life saver that was!! Richard I can't thank you enough!! I hope Walmart continues to invest in people that genuinely are there to help! There isn't much I can do about thanking you but I am praying your supervisor and managers and who ever else can see this and provide you with the praise and encouragement you are deserving of!!! keep up the excellence not everyone has it and it's hard to find!! You were caught doing an excellent job!! thank you thank you thank you!!!

The security in the car is always watching you and following you I just parked to get a pick up order and he always follows my car over here like a creep I was parked at Vons and he Keeps driving right there I can't even shop without him stalking me in the security car

The brunette and fat woman who is in desperate need of shampooing and conditioning her hair at the customer service/return center has POOR people skills. She is hostile and unfriendly with the way how she aggressively yanked an item that I was returning from my hand. McKinley Walmart, please either teach and train her or get rid of her and hire someone else. She is going to drive your loyal customers away.

I love Walmart, don't get me wrong. Great deals, super convenient...... but ohhh.... I'm about to get started on the freaken service here. Especially this store specifically!! So my husband and I always come here to get our oil changed in both our cars. Obvious reason, because it's cheap. Duhh... I've never had an issue until recently. So My husband took his Prius in to get his regularly scheduled oil change and the associate sitting outside (small short dude) walks up to my husbands car and asks him what services he needed. My husband stated just the oil change. So the associate asks for all the info for the car as well as my husband's info and they can't seem to find my husbands history. So they all to make another profile for future purchases. My husband asks too recheck the spelling of his name and phone number once more and the associate became bothered. He starts to give attitude when asking for the info again and loooooooong behold when my husbands info just magically pops up! The associate was annoyed at this point and doesn't even ask what oil he preferred. He went off what he purchased last time. My husband asked him if he could upgrade instead and the associate just ignores him and continues to talk to his coworkers. Another associate overheard and told my husband not to worry that he would take care of it since he was doing the ACTUAL work. After being told it was be an hour and a half, we left to shop around for a while. After coming back an hour and a half later, we were told that they could change the oil cuz the filter was cracked and they didn't want to touch it and be held responsible and that the filter was a special filter that they can not order nor have in stock. (Mind you as I stated at the beginning of this rant that we always come here to change our oil) My husband asked how they changed it last time and how they knew it was special if they didn't touch it???? They didn't want to answer and told him to go down the street and order the special filter and go somewhere else for the oil change. Almost 2 freaken hours WASTED!! No call to update when they couldn't do it not that they even had the filter. We just played the freaken waiting game to be toyed with at the end!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL AS HELL!!!! You guys need to train your staff to check and inspect before starting any type of work!!! Your freaken associates ended up being the ones that cracked the freaken filter and just did not want to admit they're wrong doing and in so "referred" to a different place to place blame on them for touching the car. Once arriving to the other place, they informed us it was cracked and that this particular walmart does this a lot and uses them to try and fix they're screw up!!!! Once we were told they do this a lot, we contacted the store and spoke to a manager and a supervisor. They escalated it to cooperate and they refunded us the full amount and what we had to spend on the filter as well. They took down all my husbands info and stated " we usually do not do this type of refund, but we will make this one time exception. Going forward, so you know, we do not refund any damages done to any cars during maintenance. We have you sign a waiver before stating our rules." to which we replied " Thank you, we understand. Next time be sure to inform your staff, if they can not perform a job correctly, not to try and avoid this type of stuff." They just stated we would receive the refund in a couple business days and they would be reviewing the staff and footage.
