Rude, inefficient, demeaning. Those are my top three choices. Is there a lot of patients? Yes. Just a small acknowledgment while a person is standing in line can go a long way but they don't even do that. They also are very demeaning when you ask them questions. My grandma had to get a COVID test for surgical clearance and they started scolding her about how she was handling the test and scolded her about how she should know the price and that it said online and how they shouldn't let a little girl make the COVID appt. I am not little I am 26 thank you! Also I work in and Oncology clinic. I know how billing works. It said you guys would run her insurance and if it didn't cover then they price would be the estimated quote given. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to get mad at a patient who is doing as she is told just to be able to get back to a a point in her life she was pain free. Don't be mean you never know what patients/humans are going through. Customers are rude I get it but when the customer actually tries to be nice and tries to understand your swamp and will do as told there is no reason to be someone that attacks the patient as if the patient was in the wrong.

Wet helpful during the pandemic. If you use the drive through for pharmacy they are amazing. I’ve only had to wait a long time once in the 20 ish times I’ve been there.

I can really confirm that this is the worst Walgreens pharmacy. Had a covid test appointment 4 hrs in advance and hispanic lady at drive thru saying we're caught up for the day (0340 pm) I'm not on the system, ridiculous but still had the guts to say "I'm trying to help you ma'am" wow, finally miraculously she found me on the list but ofcourse still treating me like an idiot. God forgive your poor soul for treating others so bad.

I used to frequent here often. For medications or random things. I've come here a couple times for my plant-based shakes. And I have also come here for a drug screening for employment, as well as my flu shot. I have no complaints. It is Walgreens. Sometimes there are long lines at pharmacy, but that is to be expected. People need their medications. It looks like many people have had bad experiences at this Walgreens. Well, that sucks. Sorry to hear that. I guess I have been lucky. I just haven't had any bad experiences at this one. But I can't say I've been to this one a lot. Just here and there really.

Checked in this morning and had an extremely fun and revitalizing experience! Mom had an appointment at the Labcorp inside so I accompanied her to this location and I'm so glad I did because I crashed into so many Stellar Role Models of Outstanding Customer Service. Robert was running the front as the Cashier and he greeted us immediately upon Arrival with the most enthusiastically genuine welcoming Smile!! This instantly put Mom and I in a great mood along with the Bouquet of colorful, fun, and comforting squishmellows right at the entrance ;0) After I helped Mom check in I needed to use the Restroom and Suzeth was so nice and helpful in showing me where it was at and also walking me over to open the Restroom door for me. Suzeth was so responsive, warm, and friendly when I engaged in small talk with her and I really like how focused she was in staying on task with stocking up the shelves in an organized and careful manner as well.I was craving an Iced Coffee and found what I was looking for in the Beverage Corner of the Cave!! Everything was well stocked and the glass gleaming clean and attractive. On my way to checkout I also crashed into a cozy and fun pair of Holiday Peanuts slippers I really liked and decided to adopt a pair for myself. I tried to check out before my Mom caught up to discourage me from spoiling myself with Life Illuminating Treasures but I saw her coming from the corner of my Eye and thought "Oh no here comes the Fun Sponge Goalie." Thankfully Robert had a wonderful positive and assertively strong presence and helped my Mom see that the Dark Blue Snoopy Slippers were a terrific practical and attractive catch and the Iced Coffee was a deliciously sensible purchase as well :0) Robert had a great sense of Humor when I told him about her Fun Sponge Goalie habits and successfully convinced her that I was a responsible and level headed Adult who wasn't buying unreasonable things. Thank You Robert for being so positive, professional, efficient, and well organized! I liked sharing Christmas List stories with him too, Robert has great taste in Music and his Class Act flow shows in the way He works and represents the Walgreens Brand with the utmost respect and courtesy for all the Guests who walk in the door!

This Walgreens is just a bad energy No one likes to help or have smile on the faceI had 2 items one prescribed and one over the counter did them online.through the app The drive thought does not want to help of how to pick up a non non prescription online order after I received my prescription medicine..she kept saying i do not know! Well then ask and tell me how! Had to go inside to pickup Then i met The Asian lady in the front desk not helpful not friendly at all treats people like military. Wow you guys are not kings and queens. Just have a smile and go the extra mile to help Bad store Will go to CVS in the future

Omg. The slowest drive thru pharmacy EVER. With one car in front of you, easy 30 min wait. 2 cars in front of you, expect to spend the rest of your day / night in line. Nice enough staff, dreadfully long wait.

What an awful place. We only came here because it was the closet place to get my husband who had underlying conditions the Covid Booster. We made an appointment weeks in advance, arrive 20 minutes before our appointment and the older woman at the pharmacy register couldn't be more rude and unhelpful checking us in. It's been 30 min past our appointment time and we still have been helped. They clearly aren't equipped to handle this process and the store is an unorganized disaster. Even the cashier at the front of the store who we saw when paying for other non-pharmacy items was a jerk who needs to learn how to NOT mumble then maybe people could understand her. Never coming to a Walgreens ever again. Absolutely ridiculous.

First let me say Rosemary in Pharmacy is the best. How I wish CVS took her away from Walgreens horrible run pharmacy. On a Sunday I waited 15min for the pharmacy to open. Finally 5min after 10am the roll up windows go up. The Asian lady in a red sweater takes my prescriptions and comes back and said it will be 2 hour wait. U just opened, and I'm your 1st customer. We have orders put in before you. I'm the only person here and you where closed. Really 2 hours wait. 10am Sunday morning already a 2 hour wait. I ask for the store manager who knows nothing about who to speak with and tells me to comeback when the manager is here. You said you where the manager!

The wallgreens pharmacy lady was super rude at the front desk I initially went through the drive through but they gave me 2 out of 3 prescriptions I went in telling them they gave me 2 and I'm missing one, the lady responded maybe it fell under the car rudely. One of the other lady's dug under something and found my remaining 3 prescription and gave it to me. Smart Rude remarks are uncalled for. If you don't like your job maybe you should find another one. Definitely going to CVS for now on

The rating would definitely be higher if they were 24 hours; However, I realize they aren't. Regardless they help me out to the fullest whenever I go in. I appreciate the pharmacists here.
