My price drops change up on me, we have had our membership 25 years +. Nevertheless, staff are decent. Some more than others. Environment is clean. Vons is more than decent to me.

Won't ever shop here again. Literally had the management follow me around the store even though I was a paying customer. Apparently, just because I wear baggy attire and have brown skin means I'm a thief.....

Always friendly service, employees are very nice. They have a pick up option where you order online and they do the shopping for you and bring it right out to your car. There is a Wells Fargo and Starbucks inside. The place usually isn't busy, especially on weekdays. If it is busy, like a holiday weekend, they're pretty good about opening up every check out register so the lines are never that bad.

The store is not very big, but it is very stocked and clean, the prices are affordable on average, the staff is very friendly and they have a Starbucks store inside and wells Fargo bank

I used to love Vons all the time but then when I compare it’s prices with Walmart and different store their prices are too high and they bluff the customers by giving coupons that is not worth and still it’s profitable to them only . Don’t recommend.

Hit and miss shopping experience. About half of products wanted were out of stock or weren't carried any longer. Disappointing experience!

Very clean store well stocked well kept super friendly employees there deli dept is awesome great customer service everyone is so helpful and they have a great pharmacy

The business is always "GRAND OPENING READY"but I was disappointed there were no chocolate strawberries.

Other than sale items, overall much more expensive than other grocery stores in the area. Other than that, clean, and good variety of items to buy.

Vons is always great. I do wish they would edit the bathroom doors to open the other direction. Or install the foot peddle grips to which the door would need adjusting either way as it is a tight fight, currently.

Julie night time cashier is super rude, she takes so long to scan items I was waiting in line for almost 30 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. A couple months ago, she over scanned item and then got mad at me for asking for a refund which I never got. Overall each time I have her as a cashier she is always rude.
