Can't ask if they have a medication in stock because they're not allowed to release that information. Ok, I won't bother and I'll fill my RX at a Pharmacy that cares . Why would I send over a RX just to find out they don't have it?

Pharmacy staff are rude. Christine always making excuses that she can't fill your meds cause she is alone and has to give her"flu" shots. Pharmacy receptionist blond female likes to think she is a wealth of knowledge which is just the opposite . Used to be professional and kind to our family, now it's a feeling of dread and inconvenience. Looking for a friendly pharmacy who care. Too many people now in the area I guess like everything else.

They are over priced and half the food you buy is almost always expired. The upside is the service is good and the ambience is nice. This store is lucky they are the only store around to service 5 neighborhoods within a 10mile radius or else I feel like they'd loose more business.

The variety of options are top, the bathrooms are clean and the service staff is very friendly and the food is very good really recommend coming here.

I have been shopping here for years, but not anymore. The dairy section was a mess and when I asked for help, the guy working this morning couldn't be bothered.

I don't get how there is such a huge divide with different types of workers here. The manager here seems nice, the cashiers are all nice but the people in the deli are terrible. They are slow and don't pay attention. Asking questions of floor workers gets not much more than a noncommittal grunt. And there is one guy who is always outside complaining about work. Today that guy decided to up his laziness into rudeness with his attitude and commentary. I feel bad for the people who are genuinely kind and hard working here because it feels that the standard across the board is lacking.

I’ve noticed from last year to present day, this Vons has been pushing spoil food products. I shop here religiously for it’s the only grocery store this community has. But I’m getting frustrated on how bad this store does it customers on not providing fresh products and produce. Sad but I’m realizing it’s more like a last chance super market. Invest on better refrigeration for it’s bloody obvious now. The service is exceptional nothing but love. Double check your cold cuts and cold snacks people. And never grab the chicken wings from the butcher section, Super Bowl was no fun without the wing platter.

This Vons does not wipe there carts after being put aside back in the corner before you walk in... I suggest you bring hand sanitizer with you ! Gross gross disgusting. You have 1,000 of people shopping every day .... Lots and lots of germs !

Vons considers interference with the rights of a person with a disability to bring a service animal into our stores to be a serious violation of company policy. The company will promptly investigate all complaints regarding this issue. We will direct your comments to our Public Affairs department for further review. Have a great weekend.This insipid response does not address the issue at all. I find it insulting to be gaslighted about an issue that is not in question. The dog was not a service dog. Also, the management didn't care enough to ask, or even go and look There was no interference with rights as you say. Your response reeks of trivializing and diversion. Do better!!!

Overpriced and not a lot of variety. I live close to this Vons but I do not always find everything I am looking for. Oyster sauce is just one example. In fact, I'm never asked if I have found everything I am looking for. It's a small Vons and very limited. Stater Bros is my go to even though I have to travel further out but at least I know I'll pretty much find what I need and if I don't the cashier will almost always ask if I have found everything I am looking for.

Got food poisoning from the deli Tuesday afternoon from chicken tenders. Confident that was the source since I didn't have any other food that day and the symptoms were actually that if food poisoning. still dealing with the repercussions of that on day 3. That was a first and last. Makes me sad! This is our normal grocery store since we live so close and over the last couple months we have been driving to stater brothers since the shelves are empty of many things that we like and now this... I don't think we will be shopping here anymore.

This is a large Vons located just south of Indian Truck Trail off I15. We stopped here on our way up to Diamond Bar for a few things. The store was bright and seemingly well stocked. I found the associates to be friendly and helpful.

Hit or miss with the selection they have. They don't seem to carry as much as they used to. Was also charged twice for the same Christmas card, which I noticed on the receipt when I got home. Not worth the $5.99 to go back considering the price of gas right now.
