Just showed up. Google says store closes at 8pm. QR code on front door says the close at 8pm. But doors were locked and one of the 3 workers there signaled that they closed at 7 with his fingers as they clearly looked ready to leave. Just irritating that they don't post accurate hours. We walked in a week ago too and no one acknowledged us. Not sure we'll be back.

I've been standing outside the store for about 20 minutes already. Upon arrival, was greeted by "security" who said the store was closed and door was locked. I informed him I was just picking up an order in the lockers and did not need any customer assistance. Security said they're "understaffed" and to wait for a customer to open the door. WTF. The employees are currently in the store helping other customers and trying NOT to give me any eye contact as I attempted to wave to get their attention. THIS SUCKS. Update: At around 745, a customer finished and the employee (heavy set girl with long hair and glasses) had to unlock the door to let him out. I went right in and told her I was picking up my order in the locker, and was out of there in a minute. She said some BS rule about not allowing anyone into the store and staffing, but she should have at least given me the COMMON COURTESY to go to the door and ACKNOWLEDGE A WAITING CUSTOMER and let me know that I would have to wait despite not even needing employee assistance. She (actually both employees working) was fully aware I was there and waiting because another customer had seen me and I motioned to her that I was going to the locker & she in turn told the Verizon employee. I will stick to online ordering and delivery in the future.

I bought a new phone with a trade-in value of $800. I was told I had 30 days to return. I was not informed of any consequences or losses i may receive if I made a return. Upon thinking about the new S24 that would be coming out I opted to return the new phone and wait for the S24. After being told several different messages by the in store rep and manager and the phone representative, overall I was out of my trade in and any value credit from my trade. I was refunded $57.86, which is not the full amount I paid. I expressed the lack of trust I have in Verizon now as their word and confidence in serving their customers does not seem like it is a priority.

Bought my daughter a phone from Verizon online for her sweet 16. Paid all the extra to have delivered by 1/5/24. When I checked tracking it showed would not arrive till 1/8/24 . 2 day shipping somehow turns into 6 days so of course I cancel so I can go buy a phone in store. I go into this Store today 1/6/24 I'm told it's not a long wait so I stay. Finally 1 hour later I'm helped. I tell the lady the situation and I just need to buy a phone, my daughter's party in a few hours. I'm told I cannot buy a phone till this other one is returned by ups ... a phone I've already paid $157 tax and ship on and haven't been refunded. This is fine I will pay again for new phone no big deal. But I still cannot purchase a phone until the other one I've paid for is returned . Why this one stuck in transit can't be moved to another line just so I can buy my daughter a phone is beyond me. Especially since it's on Verizon that I never received, a phone I paid for and paid extra for. The sales agent made no attempt to help me out. 20+ years with Verizon , basically 6 lines ... but nothing they can do or care to help with . I recommend finding a different store or buying online. But if you buy online DO NOT rely on the up charged shipping options. Thanks Verizon for the wonderful service I guess you're only important if they want your new business , forget the people whole have been there 20 years.

I recently had an outstanding encounter with a Kobe. I was originally working with Edgar who did a great job with our business account. When Kobe took over, the transition was seamless. Both representatives provided personalized assistance that made me feel valued as a customer. Kobes remarkable patience in addressing my business-related inquiries and ensuring I fully understood the solutions available was commendable. The helpful guidance and dedication to meeting my business needs showcased an exemplary level of customer service. I'm thoroughly impressed with the amazing support provided by the Verizon Business team! Thanks again Kobe for all your help with my trade in, I love my Samsung 23 Ultra+.

Two young men showed up at my door claiming to work for Verizon in Corona, California. They teased my dog and called it a weird name in front of me then asked unprofessionally if I wanted to change my internet plan from AT&T or spectrum to Verizon. I said no thank you, I'm not interested and closed my door. Once I closed the door they said, "chill, and said people be crazy". They continue to knock on my neighbors doors and my neighbors have children and the children open the door and the two young men laugh at the kid who opens the door and then shuts it on them. They go upstairs and all I hear is a loud bang and the two men walk off making rude comments such as everyone here is crazy and making fun of the kid's height.

I have been a member with Verizon for the last 15 years and recently added another line to my account yesterday. I have always had a great experience with Verizon until recently at this location. Ultimately there are ethical issues that need to be addressed. Total prices are not actual total prices as they fail to leave out multiple fees and prices given should be confirmed by Verizon Customer Service prior to signing contracts because they are inaccurate. How they conduct business is absolutely unacceptable and consumers should beware. I will never go to this store for any business again.
