This place is absolutely trash. The customer service is trash. If you see Barry run. This guy is a liar and has the worst attitude by far. Tells me customer serivce does not place notes on your account then 10 min later he reads notes off my account that customer service placed. Barry is horrible. Please do not visit this store. I seen other associates being rude to other customers. I feel like you walked into a used car dealership when going in there. Stay away from this store

i did take into account some of the previous negative reviews before visiting this location but i was trying to get errands done and this was on the way so i decided to stop by. i luckily showed up at a time when there was nobody at the store and had a few questions about my plan upgrades. i was helped by "moises" who was kind, quick and knowledgeable about some of the questions and clarifications i needed in regards to an add on for my plan. i haven't been to this store for any other reason but i don't see the issue others were having because the staff was kind when i visited.

Everytime I visit this store to buy products, I get ripped off. The first time I came to this store to buy AirPods. I was told this store would offer me the best price. I spent almost $250. Then the following week I saw at Best Buy the AirPods were going for $179. The second time I came to this store to update my phone and buy another phone, I was told my phones would be shipped in-store per Chase at this location. Also, I was asked to sign a new line contract which I did. The phones were never shipped to the store and were shipped to my house while I was at work and could not be present to sign for it. I never got my phones. I called to ask if they can be shipped in store. Instead, they got cancelled. Then I got billed for having a new line when I never had phones to use. I called and submitted a ticket asking for a refund. Instead it was denied and I never received a call back from Verizon when it was stated I would. I spoke with the manager and he said there was nothing he could do and didn't offer any additional help.

Open time on door said 9 but actually they don't open until 10 when i told the manager that lots of people were here ,, @9 he act like he didn't care said he was aware of the wrong time on the door

Got here at 6:54pm and doors were locked. I get they closed at 7pm.. But I didn't know until I got there and why do we have to scan to see store hours? Why can't you just posted on the door?

Been standing outside this store for 20 min got here at 5 doors are locked and the number goes to 800 Verizon not the store, no hours posted have to scan a qr code and just a lot of work for me to have to figure out why this store is closed at 5pm on this Sunday!

Store can't update inventory showing in stock items. Online support for 40 minutes didn't know either and still sent us to the store.

Looking back. I should have kept my 30 dollars.("set up and go fee") But I got sold by the salesman that they possibly knew a "backway" to retrieve all my photos. Of course not. It didn't work. I knew that . Sometimes your phone breaks after a few years and it makes you buy into silly things. #regret.#dobetter

Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Save your time and save yourself some frustration by just going with a different provider. I've been with Verizon for 5+ years for personal and business accounts. Based on how I was treated in this store today made me switch all of my accounts to a different provider.

If I could zero I would... Went in to add a phone, told them, I want the FREE phone.....numerous times....gave me an Iphone 13 , said it was free....never gave us a quote with me paying a monthly fee for the phone.....but she put them in our bag when we left..... found it online last night.... went in today and told them that the phone is registered to another person when I call people... their response... "oh it does that".... Hey your employee lied to me... well the phone was free until the 19th...you came in on the 20th???? Then why did she say it was free.... Friggen Crooks.... once I'm out from under this phone....will NEVER EVER USE VERIZON FOR ANYTHING...AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I CAN HOW DECEITFUL THEY ARE. It's not that hard.....they had Iphone 12s in stock.....she could have just said oh I made a mistake....but no..... Wow Never Verizon for anything.

On May 18, 2023 I came to this store desperate for competent help. I had trouble setting up my Apple Watch and iphone with Verizon telephone support. My call was sent overseas and the tech people waisted 6 hours of my productive work day over two days. The told me I could take a Businss line, transfer the business calls to my Apple Watch and forward to my cell. The land line is $27 extra a month just to transfer calls Tech could not get the voice mail to work or the forwarding to work as promised it was a waste of lot of time. Finally fed up I drove to the Corona store on Griffen Way and the manager along with a young man named Art worked tirelessly and got it all working. But I could not answer the Appele watch i any more. There was no incentive to sell me anything at this store. Just trouble shoot until the problem solved. I received excellent customer service and therefore this store deserves 5 stars. Today I called Verizon and reversed the whole process since I did not want a stand alone Apple Watch phone that would not sync to my cell phone . The Corona store was extremely had working and attentive. They did get the job done that the oversees techs could not do. We did find some limitations though. I promised them 5 stars and they deserve it. This store cares about existing customers. Some of the telephone support folks are pretty bad and if you get disconnected forget a call back from oversees tech. As a Verizon stock holder that bothers me. My 5 star rating for this store remains. The whole Verizon service has really gone from average to bad. Today I got a good level 2 tech. Overseas help has been poor.

Made appointment online. Arrive 15 minutes early. Arturo greeted trouble shoot our phone and got it working. Bad SIM card.Arturo was courteous and professional.
