I don't know her name, forgot to ask sorry, but she help my mom and me transfer my mother's phone number from metro pcs to Verizon. Eventhough it took sometime, mostly because metro was giving us a hard time, she was kind and professional throughout the whole process. Thank you and I appreciate you.

Joseph is an incredible employee. I know nothing about phones and he made the process easy. Great customer service skills and very caring person. I went to other Verizon stores in the area and was treated poorly. I highly recommend Joseph if you need anything from Verizon.

Came in here today to upgrade my phone. Christian was the one who helped me mainly and he was very professional and courteous. He answered ALL of my questions and made sure I understood all the details of my transaction. He was conscientious and considerate of my time frame and needs.
