Very courteous guys and gals, not a time saver by any means. Probably the greatest convenience is not having to leave the car. I suppose it makes sense for people to use a drive-thru but I went for the first time and won't be returning. It's too expensive with little comparative value with the competition. For an oil change and new air filter, which I could've gotten somewhere else, I paid $132. I don't doubt they changed my oil correctly but to be asked at every turn for other things that I could need based on their diagnostic was a pain. I think services that come with the oil change should be stated up front and as a courtesy they can offer the diagnostic free of charge. Customers can make their decisions without fear of poor service in case they don't take the advice given for all the extra services that the technician "noticed" on the read out.

Visited Valvoline Corona and was not satisfied with the customer service. The first thing I was told is that the location is under construction and unable to add air to tires. I understood and proceeded to pull my car forward. Denise was having computer issues and seemed upset by it. She went to get a tablet to pull the VIN number and that too didn’t work. She immediately said “ things are working here, you can go to Norco and we can apply 20% off”. I asked if this was due to computer issues or if it was due to the fact that they couldn’t add air to my tires. She said “all the above”. So I left. This place is old, small, compact with no parking.

Came in the AM, quickly entered bay, got a synthetic lube change, wiper change, differential drain and refill, tore rotation and aired up. Staff is friendly, competent and they get you out fast. Also, if you have a lifted vehicle like me on 37s they have a lift to rotate your wheels. Highly recommend!

If I could give these guys more stars I would. Customer service was A1! Got full service, transmission and radiator fluid flushed, oil change and tire rotation. The staff is both knowledgeable and personable. Everyone on staff ESPECIALLY Emiliano did a great job and made this a seamless experience for me and my car. Good job fellas, I’ll definitely be back!

Their "stay in the car" philosophy is great, and with the ongoing 10% off, it's a great value.

They do some sloppy work. Didn't put my oil cap on right and it fell off and I had to buy a new one out of my own pocket. The least they should have done is replace my oil cap for free. It's only Ten dollars and now they lost a loyal customer. You guys suck donkey ballsService: Oil change

Darby helped us and she was awesome. It's so nice to see a lady working as tough as the men there. She was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and clearly and was great.

I've been going to this Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and was always fairly satisfied with their service. I used to do my own car's oil change for many years, probably longer than the lifetime of the young people that work there at Valvoline. Now a senior, I decided it's time to let someone else do it. I always observe them closely. They make it part of their routine to show the customers the oil level at the end of the service. 800 miles ago I had another oil/filter change and I wasn't shown the level of the oil. I thought they were so busy so it was all right. The demeanor of the young men who work there was always upbeat, positive, and polite which made it easy to let little, inconsequential things slide until one realized they were not inconsequential. My "service brake assist" light went on few days ago. I decided to trouble shoot my car. The first thing I did was to check my brake fluid. Somehow, while doing that, it occurred to me to check the engine oil level since I was already under the hood of the car. I was mortified to see that the oil level was way past the maximum fill line. Knowing it can do damage to my car, I decided to loosen the drainage plug to remove some of the oil. While it was easy to remove the filter, the oil drain plug was a nightmare to remove. I used the appropriate size wrench and could not budge it. I tried an impact wrench driver with the same result. The Valvoline technician obviously over tightened the drain plug. The same technician who did not show me the oil level. I finally resorted to using a vise grip and was able to successfully remove the drain plug which looked mangled after many tries to remove it. I decided I would go back to doing my own oil change so I replaced it with a Valvomax oil drain valve for my convenience. I dread the day when I have to acquiesce to letting someone else do my oil/filter change because I am not getting younger, and they won't care about overfilling my engine oil. The young men working at Valvoline deserve a five star with regards to their demeanor. They did have a lone woman working there a while back and she was a certified b_ _ _h. I actually told them if I had to deal with her again, I would not go back even if I were offered a completely free oil change. One nasty person can truly destroy a business.
