The worst of the worst, the employees are extremely rude, I was in line for 20 minutes, a postal employee who did not wait in line was served before me simply because he worked there and did not wait in line, she simply stood in front of me and was attended, and finally upon being attended to, the employee was very rude and took a long time to attend to my purchase

Had to mail large envelope. 1 agent. 3rd in line of 12. Female with mask kept talking 2 me with mask on. She had no regard for me and my hearing loss, and refused to remove m mask, so I could read her lips. Guess state health department laws don't apply to her.

One of the worst services I’ve encountered at a USPS post office. Unfriendly, inefficient, and they’ve lost my packages twice in the span of two weeks without even scanning- even though I dropped off directly. Started going to a local private mail center to drop off packages instead, I would definitely recommend that.

Lost my mail and when I tried to get a new money order to resend the payment, was told they have no money orders, the lady at the desk actually laughed when I asked for one.

If you’re going to order Christmas gifts and can choose a different package carrier to deliver them, DO IT. This office delivered our package to the wrong place AGAIN. Put our package in a parcel locker but the key isn’t in our mailbox. I’ve tried to open case numbers and the people that have tried to help me can’t or don’t do anything about it.

I genuinely think this is the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with.About 6 says ago, I was alerted by my seller that my package had shipped.My neighborhood has a community mailbox, so if you have a bigger package it’s left in one of the bigger mailboxes or delivered to your door.Something this post office likes to do is give you faulty keys, leave the keys unlabeled,or their favorite solution, not giving you a key at all.Even now, I STILL haven’t gotten my package. I know this is not an issue with the seller, because I’ve communicated with them & they have shown proof that my package is in my mailbox.This is the 3rd time this has happened, and before this my package was stuck in the mailbox for weeks.Every time I want to order something, I always have to fear that I may never receive it or that it will be delayed.This problem is only made worse considering halloween is soon.Even if I were to order something now, I doubt I’d receive it until November.It’s almost like they’re playing with peoples mail & it disgusts me

Counter clerks are generally meh with exception of a few good ones. This review is solely for drivers and their delivery system. I run an online business send out 5~10 packages daily. They are super quick to process and never once made a mistake with any of my 5000+ outbound packages.Can't say the same about residential mails or incoming deliveries, but at least outbound package handling has insane accuracy.

Terrible service. Went to this office to return a package with a return qr code. Got to the front of line and was told that they cant scan the qr code because we dont know if its priority mail or not. Note we cant know what type of shipment it is unless its scanned. They told us to get out of line and we asked worker again a few minutes later. She told us to wait in line again so she can scan the code. We already waited over an hour the first time. Total waste of time.

Got a racist vibe from a man and woman (who were not white) working the counter. Why I say this? They blew me off and continued their superficial conversation amongst themselves while I stood waiting. When the man did call me over, no greeting no smile. Nothing. He told me I was using the wrong envelope and instructed me to go to the kiosk. As I'm at the kiosk, trying to figure out what to do, I can hear them yucking it up with "certain " customers. Never went back. I go to another USPS who are 100% the opposite.

HORRIBLE customer service. The weekend crew has no knowledge of any question you have. They could just double as mannequins for all you know. You are way better off going to a ups or fedex. Atleast they come out from the back and acknowledge you when you are waiting to pay. Zero quality, zero service, and zero value.
