I really wish I could give no stars! The USPS deserves none! I received a message saying the delivery location couldn’t be accessed and they would try on the next delivery day. They provided no explanation on what that means and if you couldn’t access it, what makes you think your next attempt would be different? I called and offered to pick it up and they want to charge me $18 to do that. Really? $18 to do your company’s job that you couldn’t perform. Absolute trash

I was using the kiosk and asked my kids to grab two more bubble mailers as I had several packages I was shipping. One of the ladies behind the counter (with 5+ people in line waiting) decided that was a good time to scream at my kids. A few minutes later, she came out in an attempt to snatch the envelopes from my kids. She made no effort to talk to me. I asked her what was wrong. She said she needed the envelopes back. I asked her why. She told me that I was not buying them. I let her know that yes, I was, and I had asked my kids to get them for me. She rolled her eyes and walked away.

I came to get my passport for the first time really happy and exited, I arrived 10 minutes early to filled out my application but Benny is very rude I was helped 10 minutes after my appointment and he said that I had to bring my application already filled out, I said that’s why I arrived 10 minutes before but he helped me 20 minutes after. However one I finished my application and Benny asked Elva to helped the 1045 appointment cause I wasn’t ready with my application when I arrived. He was rude and he told me that he would try to squeeze me in after that appointment. It took me 5 minutes to do my application and he ignore me. Services are not free at the post office I paid $220 dollars I rear use the post office services at least they should be polite. Elva doesn’t smile either it’s was a horrible experience.

I had requested a pickup delivery for my letter that I couldn’t sign for at a new address. I had to come back three times because Sandra told me it takes 24 hours for the carrier to process my request and to wait and come back. I then come back on a day that I’m available and am told that my letter is at the post office, but a younger man who works there tells me he can’t find it and that the post office is “disorganized” and to come back when Sandra is here at 10:30am that same day. I call back later on in the day to make sure she’s there and that same worker tells me she will be back tomorrow and asks for my number but never calls me back! That’s unacceptable customer service. LUCKILY, I go in before they close and Annie was able to retrieve my letter quickly with no issues! Maybe that younger guy was new, but he was not helpful at all.

Shoutout Tina! she was really helpful too me, she was very nice and helped me through my experience. This is my 2nd time coming here the first time was pleasant aswell i don’t get the bad reviews i mean it’s a post office it’s gonna be packed and fast paced you gotta understand with the workers.

IT IS ALWAYS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! BUT YESTERDAY, APRIL 13, THEY HAD ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE ATTENDING A TWO-HOUR LINE WAITING FOR SERVICE!!! THEY WERE TRAINING HER, THE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE!!! 0JALA N0 BE DISCOURAGED!!!.

I just visited this place for my son’s passport renewal. There’s an Asian guy who was really rude, my son has already a passport and I couldn’t find the renewal option to make the online appointment, he raised his voice telling me that I had to make a new passport appointment…no need to be rude. Horrible experience.

Do not waste your time here came last week on Saturday to renew a passport online it states they accept walkins on Saturday so when I went the lady up front said she was out that day I went again today and the same lady said they don’t have anyone that can do passports on Saturday so I told her online it says you do it and she’s like we don’t do it here. So either they update their hours online or they have someone do passports on Saturday like stated online. I wasted time and gas not only that I called to prevent this both times and they never answer the phone

They need to stock the shelves with boxes and labels . Every time I go there I have to walk up to the front of the line , cut in front of people and ask one .. also no pens..:..

Closing earlier than posted on window. Not cool…. Came at 5:15 and doors locked. Cars in parking lot and employees inside.* Updating because the next day there was a sign on the window stating that they are closing at 5 due to no lights in the lobby due to it getting darker earlier. Not sure who controls the lighting or how come they cannot fix it, but this is an inconvenience to those who need to pick up their mail in their PO Box.
